Vinnie Tortorich is a radio and podcast host, the filmmaker of FAT: A Documentary, fitness trainer, speaker, and best-selling author of Fitness Confidential: Adventures in the Weight-Loss Game. He is the founder of NSNG Foods, Pure Vitamin Club, and Pure Coffee Club. He also is credited with successfully working with several comedians such as Howie Mandel, Margaret Cho, Bill Engvall, Carol Leifer, Brad Garrett.

"If—" is a poem by English Nobel laureate Rudyard Kipling (1865–1936), written circa 1895[1] as a tribute to Leander Starr Jameson. It is a literary example of Victorian-era stoicism.[2] The poem, first published in Rewards and Fairies (1910), ch. 'Brother Square-Toes,' is written in the form of paternal advice to the poet's son, John.

In this episode, I bring up a recent Wired article that caught my attention, "The AI Threat Isn’t Skynet. It’s the End of the Middle Class," and got me thinking about the automation of jobs in the middle class and the current skills and job gap.  This then got me thinking about one of my favorite nonprofits, The Mike Rowe Works Foundation.  I talk about why I'm such a fan of the foundation itself, and touch on where I think the future of education is going.

Clayton gets political to talk about something more pressing, the fact that narcissism seems more prevalent in today's society than ever before. On this episode, we welcome Matt Muccia to the pod! (@mucciamatt) -- we dove in to a discussion surrounding Survivor on CBS, which premieres it's 24th season: Game Changers on March 8th at 8/7central. We then broadened the conversation to discuss how reality television like Survivor was the originator of content creation through documentation, and discussed how reality stars like the Kardashians came to be by building this sort of empire, and how it's easier than ever to do in 2017.
