Mientras, Sheldon y sus complicadas relaciones sociales tendrá una "relación" con la bióloga Amy Farrah Fowler (Mayim Bialik), a pesar de que esté llena de contratos y cláusulas por todas partes, estos dos personajes se quieren a su extraña manera.
