In this episode, we will talk about how law is classified into Private Law and Public Law.
Public Law, broadly speaking, governs the relationship between individuals and the state, and how the state is organized.
Private Law on the other hand is the law of obligations – a set of rules that determine whether the law will recognize that one person owes legally binding obligations to another, and what the consequences should be.
