Season 2, Episode 6: You Are The Help!

In this dramatic and deeply personal account, Jan tells the story of her near-death experience: a tragic accident in Death Valley in 2004 that impaled her beneath the wreckage of her car — almost killing her— until a miracle of faith (You Are The Help!) lifted the car from her body and she was pulled to safety. Season 2, Episode 5: Finding My Balance

In this episode, Jan Phillips and Tommy Gaebel discuss Chapter 23: Finding my Balance, how Jan struggled at first to develop her daily spiritual practice, and in time, was able to find herself connecting to a greater force, while  giving advice to those who are trying to develop a spiritual practice of their own.  She also shares a song she wrote that reflects the message she received during her first attempt to sit quietly and receive field notes from immortality.
