Healing does not have to be hard, and feeling your feelings can be fun. Even though this episode was harder for me than I thought it would be, I did it.  I pushed record.  I said the words out loud.  There's something here, and now I get to watch it back. I get to hear what I said. I get to witness myself. This is Part 6 of The Void Conversation, where I continue the story of The Adult Man—and begin to talk about the worst of the worst. This is a story of obsession, jealousy, and control. I thought this was “love” because I was trained to accept relationships like this. When I finally escaped, I locked it all away for survival. I didn’t think about him. I didn’t speak about him.
