Risk Assessment and Choosing Wisely in Kink (and otherwise) Rainbow is joined by Heather, who between teaching classes, organizing community events, and being a voice of reason in the kink community, is a force to be reckoned with! This episode will speak to all levels of experience. Heather is equal parts f-bomb and truthbombs. Heather's experience, compassion and humour creates spaces where people can comfortably open up and can really sink into the topics at hand. She knows that sexuality is fun, messy, vulnerable, and confusing so at teh end of the day, Heather is all about helping people have the conversation they need to have - with themselves and others - so they get down to having the sex they really want. A big fan of both sexual adventure and community building, Heather is active in the public sphere of Kink with a long history of organizing munches, discussion groups, and educational events. As a sexuality educator and coach, Heather also speaks on a variety of sexuality topics for conferences, organizations and classrooms in her home city of Toronto, as well as further afield.

For our first episode back, it's nearly my birthday and I want to talk a little bit about, well, me! Which to me, sounds selfish and egotistic...but I also think that everyone would benefit from focusing on the self in a constructive, positive way, and that's what I'm going to focus on. I'm going to reflect back on some of my life choices, on things that have affected my life for the good and for the bad, and on the people I love and why!
