For the 11th consecutive year, Jess and Seth make their predictions for the first round of the draft. 

Jess and Seth give you one more show about the Arizona Cardinals and the NFL draft. They discuss the possibility of a first-round trade. They go over their preferred first-round pick possibilities for the Cardinals and then try to build the ideal scenarios for the Cardinals throughout the draft, especially with how things play out in Rounds 1-3.  It's a great show and the next one will be their yearly mock draft of the first round. 

Jess and Seth complete their NFL draft preview with the final three positions they have not covered — quarterback, tight end and running back. All three positions are perhaps the lowest priority for the Cardinals in the draft this year.  They go over the names to know and debate some of the top prospects the Cardinals won't even have a shot at drafting.  But before that, they discuss the retirement of Patrick Peterson and what it meant for the organization.  Enjoy the show!

The Cardinals keep throwing actual news our way as we preview the 2025 NFL draft. Jess and Seth talk about the contract extension for Trey McBride before diving into the offensive line prospects in the 2025 draft. They discuss players to know in the first round, on Day 2 and guys who could be possibilities on Day 3. 

This show was supposed to be just the 2025 draft preview focusing on the defensive tackle class. But with the return of Calais Campbell, Jess and Seth kicked off the showing talking about the impact of his return in 2025. Then they go over defensive line in the draft to know in Round 1, Rounds 2-3 and Day 3 of the draft. 

This show begins the series of episodes previewing the 2025 NFL draft for the Cardinals. Jess and Seth touch on projected win totals that came out, but then they dive into draft preview, focusing on the edge defenders.  They talk about the Day 1 prospects, guys to know for the second and third rounds, and they give you a couple of Day 3 names to know. 

In what is our last show before diving in hard to preview the 2025 NFL draft, Jess and Seth discuss the Cardinals' latest two free agent additions, talk about the proposed rules changes for the 2025 season that will be up for discussion at the annual league meeting and then talk about what the Cardinals still need in their wide receiver room. 

Jess and Seth talk about two free agent moves the Cardinals made after their last show and what they mean. They talk about the new mock drafts from Mel Kiper and Daniel Jeremiah in terms of the Cardinals and certain players, and then talk about what positions are likely now the priority for the Cardinals entering the NFL draft next month. 

The Arizona Cardinals have made some moves in free agency, both adding new player and re-signing others. Jess and Seth break down the moves, give grades and talk about what is still needed to do (although Jess flies solo for the final part of the show as the power went out at Seth's home and disconnected). 

NFL free agency begins Monday, March 10 when teams can begin to contact and negotiate with players whose contracts expire on the 12th.  The Arizona Cardinals will be active in free agency. Jess and Seth go over each position on the roster and talk about potential re-signings and names in free agency to know. 

In the second show going over the 2025 NFL combine, Jess and Seth were again joined by Justin Higdon, Seth's cohost of the Orginal Draft Breakdown podcast (currently on hiatus). They go over the defensive prospects position by position, discussing who stood out.

In this edition of the show, Jess and Seth go through the Cardinals' awful NFLPA team report card and then go react to what owner Michael Bidwill said recently on the radio and what head coach Jonathan Gannon and general manager Monti Ossenfort said at the NFL combine. 

The NFL opened the window to use the franchise or transition tag before free agency. Jess and Seth talk about the reasons why the Cardinals won't use either tag. They also go through each position group on the team and break the the offseason needs they have. 

Jess and Seth talk about the coaching additions and departures on the Cardinals' staff. They delve a little bit into the latest lawsuit against owner Michael Bidwill and then discuss the possibility of the Cardinals targeting quarterback Daniel Jones in free agency next month. 

Following the Philadelphia Eagles' Super Bowl win, Jess and Seth react to the big game. They talk about the takeaways we got about how the Cardinals should build their roster and then they discuss the Eagles free agents that fill glaring needs the Cardinals have this offseason. 

Jess and Seth, before making their Super Bowl picks and give their best bets for the game, talk about one particularly bad mock draft for the Cardinals and revisit the 2015 Carson Palmer injury with information that came out this week.
