In today's episode, I discuss how, as children of God, we have an inheritance and promises that are rightfully ours through Christ. God has already done his part by storing treasures for us, but we must do our part and go in and take possession of it. The Lord spoke to the children of Israel in Deuteronomy 1:6-8 and told them they had been at the mountain for too long and it was time to get up, go in, & take possession of the land God promised them. In today's episode, I discuss the symptoms and remedies of a full heart. A dull heart lacks interest in God, affecting all aspects of life. Lack of communion with the Lord leads to a dull heart, diminishing spiritual senses. When you are unplugged from God, your heart becomes full, and you are more vulnerable to spiritual attacks. Don’t allow the enemy to have a foothold in your life; keep your heart on fire, God! ”And in them, the prophecy of Isaiah is fulfilled, which says: ‘Hearing you will hear and shall not understand, And seeing you will see and not perceive; For the hearts of this people have grown dull. When you are positioned for purpose opposition does not scare you but you stand firm in Christ. When you are positioned for purpose the same people that fought against you become your promoters and promoters of your God. In today's episode, I discuss how sometimes what does not look like a distraction really is a distraction because it is pulling you away from Jesus. Martha was so distracted by doing preparations that she did not even recognize that she had been pulled away from Jesus, who was in the room with her. What looks like the right thing to do or what you should be doing can become a distraction that is disguised. Mary, whose heart was fixated on Jesus, put everything on a standstill and became absorbed with Jesus. Take inventory of your walk with Christ and allow him to expose to you those disguised distractions (the things that have been separating and pulling you away from him). “Martha, Martha,” the Lord answered, “you are worried and upset about many things, but few things are needed—or indeed only one. In today's episode, I discuss how the man of God from Judah in 1 Kings 13 was put to death due to his disobedience to the instructions from the Lord. When God speaks, the matter is settled. There is never an excuse for disobeying the Lord! The cost of disobedience is a hefty price that we don't think about while we are in the act of being disobedient. Disobedience puts you out of alignment with God's perfect will. Be the one that obeys the Lord regardless of how your flesh feels and what society is telling you to do. God is a God of divine possibilities! If he has promised to do something, surely he will do it. He is responsible and integral enough to keep his promises concerning you. When the hand of the Lord came upon Elijah he ran past the chariot! To the human mind, it is completely impossible to run faster than a horse that is created for races but when the hand of the Lord comes upon you/your situation he makes everything that looks impossible, POSSIBLE! The Lord did not call you to live a life filled with guilt and shame.
