People bang on about work life balance and how it’s the goal however when you’re a mum in business what you need is to build in suspension which comes from mindset, understanding who you are and where you’re going and letting things go a little more. I went to bed early last night on a downer wondering what I’d done to a neighbour. Remember to chose the plants that you wish to see in the garden you plan to grow old on. If you don’t plant those seeds wisely then others weeds will take route and you will be left with a patch of soil covered in others weeds all fighting for space. You can’t force things to grow but luckily all that is needed is for you to tend to the seeds with love. Water them, make sure they get plenty of light and then your job is done. Seriously lovely. Stop looking at the surface stuff here. Focus on the energy of where you are at and everything can change for you: just like it did for me in this personal story I share. I went from sick and anxious to feeling wonderful in a week and all because of a little tiny sugar “pill” . I have an issue with the term alternative. What’s alternative about using the earths resources in a more sustainable way?
