Essentially I didn't have a defined purpose as to why these changes were important for me other than the fact that yes, it would bring positive impact into my life. But with knowing your "why" comes resilience and accountability... Because your purpose will be the reason you give yourself to keep going with this habit or routine even if it becomes inconvenient for you. Otherwise, you'll be reactionary to whatever pops into your life and end up ditching the habits or routines that you're developing.
