Kellen discusses the recent struggles of regulation and scale with his Sauna and Cold Therapy business in the city of Minneapolis and the future of the business. As well as the modern disconnect with fundamental human needs such as being outside, healthy stress, running, etc. Kellen speaks on behalf of his experience running from Duluth, MN to the Twin Cities (170 miles) and the unique perspective that was only offered through such conditions. He is the Chief Encouragement Officer and has worked with numerous leaders and organizations many featured in Forbes. His message delivers the idea of reaching your potential through competing against yourself. Listen with Peyton and Jake as they touch on several of the book's concepts and ideas and how they blend in with Peyton's thoughts. Was used in the modeling of my first and recent keynote speech. Kumar Mehta PhD, is an author, his two books, The Exceptionals and Innovation Biome are #1 Amazon bestselling . He writes regularly for organizations like Forbes. He has a long and diverse history/experience. He was Senior Director at Microsoft for 14 years, a CEO of several organizations. He is actively the Principal and Founder of an organization titled Bridges Insight, a think tank committed to personal and organization excellence. He is also currently Senior Research Fellow at University of Southern California, focused on a Center for Digital Future. As well as Board Member of a non profit called Committee for Children. Lastly – he holds a doctorate in Pharmaceutical Socioeconomics.  Peyton and Mehta discuss his two books and Kumar's philosophies around development and innovation through his experience and research

Robert Fuller, International Power Lifter, coach, teacher, brings insights and practice derived from his various experiences. From training for 38 years, working with young adults, head coaching in the IFL (Indoor Football League) and developing athletes. Scott H. Young, Author of Wall Street Journal's Best Selling Book "Ultralearning", sits down with Peyton and talks about the principles and concepts to Ultralearning. Scott has several personal stories such as his MIT challenge of taking a 4 year Computer Science undergraduate degree in under 1 year or traveling to 4 countries in one year and learning their local languages. Colten Jesse, Professional Bull Rider and Musician, chats with Peyton to discuss his current headspace of being both a successful Bull Rider, but also what he stumbled upon as a musical career. Colten's songs record over millions of streams and he is currently making his first studio album. Colten and Peyton talk a lot about creating a good product, how to handle the balance of multiple opportunities, and much more. Sean Donnelly, Professional Hammer Thrower, sits down with Peyton to discuss his career successes and development. Sean does a great job highlighting the importance of "learning the way broadly" and "once you learn master one thing, you have roadmap to master anything" He is generally known in the Track and Field community through his content creation and personal branding, uplifting the sport, and mentoring hundreds of kids through coaching.  Sean gives an honorable and heartening showcase of his recent Olympic Trials event, in which going into the event was ranked 3rd in the United States and 11th in the world. He blends his ability to articulate and showcase his progress to his authenticity of his brand and has built a platform through various channels such as YouTube and Instagram for the Track and Field community. Joel Crane, MA in Philosophy, discusses why exploring philosophy can be extremely useful in the most general way possible. Discussing academia topics such as writing and reading for developing yourself practically. Peyton and Joel are long time friends discussing The Special Generalist themes through the lens of Philosophy, makes a great case for those to discount Philosophy as having any applied use. Jake Hager and Peyton discuss Jakes career being a two sport athlete and pursuing Pro Wrestling. They talk about his departure from the WWE and his journey to reinventing himself. Between Indie Circuits, his wife's Catalina Technique, Bellator, and MMA. Jake had to pick himself back up, but thankfully because of his ability range, he was able to come back even better.
