$7K November to $61K November, the decision that changed everything

In November 2023, I had a $7,000 month. In November 2024, I had a $61,000 month. The difference wasn't a new strategy. It was the moment I got so sick of my own excuses that I stopped calling them anything other than what they actually were: choices. In this episode, I'm sharing the story I've never told in full .. the mastermind I invested in while freshly postpartum that completely took me out of my power, the sunk cost spiral that kept me stuck for almost a year, and how the same pattern I recognized from a 7-year toxic relationship and a degree I never used showed up in my business in a way I almost didn't catch. This is the episode about sunk cost fallacy, not as a concept, but as a lived experience that quietly destroys otherwise high-performing women. The one where staying feels safer than deciding. Where "I've already invested so much" becomes the reason to keep investing in something that's not working. Where you already know what you're doing and you're doing it anyway. If you're aware of the pattern, it's a choice. And if you're choosing it, something on the other side of that decision is available to you the moment you stop. This one's for the woman who knows exactly what she needs to do next and is still finding reasons not to.

You've been conditioned out of being proud of yourself

This is what it sounds like when I walk outside at night, hear the crickets, and remember why any of this matters. Because here's what I keep seeing: women who have built genuinely incredible lives, overcome things that would have taken most people out, grown into versions of themselves their younger selves couldn't have imagined and they've completely normalized all of it. They're scanning for the next problem, the next goal, the next proof they're enough, instead of actually letting themselves be in the life they already built. You've been conditioned out of being proud of yourself. And you've been sold the idea that there's a there — some future arrival point where it finally feels like enough. There isn't. There's only this. In this episode I'm talking about what it actually looks like to romanticize your life without waiting for your circumstances to change, why presence is the real prerequisite to expansion (not strategy, not frequency hacks), and what happens to your reality when you stop white-knuckling the how and actually let yourself be open to what's already in motion.

The better you are at what you do, the harder it is to sell it

The more skilled you become at what you do, the harder it gets to explain it because real expertise doesn't come with a thought process anymore. It just happens. And when you try to reverse-engineer it into content, most coaches default to telling people how good they are instead of showing them what that actually looks like in real life. In this episode, I'm breaking down why telling language kills conversion and what to do instead. There's a difference between saying "I'm a mirror for my clients and reflect their power back to them" and painting the scene of a client who's mid-getting-ready for Valentine's Day dinner, pulls out her phone, posts a carousel, gets a DM within minutes, responds in two words, and wakes up to a four-figure client. One of those makes people nod. The other makes them want in. This is the show-don't-tell principle but applied at the level of sales psychology, not just content strategy. I'm walking you through exactly how to use client stories, your own transformation, and the real objections your ideal client is sitting with right now to create content that converts without you ever having to stand on a pedestal and announce that you're the best. Your expertise will bleed through when you stop trying to prove it. This episode shows you how.

Money is a lagging indicator, your self-concept is the problem

This is for the woman who is already in the game .. already building, already serving clients, already making real money and still feels like something is quietly unraveling. The seasons hitting harder than they should. The dips meaning more than they used to. The conviction that used to feel unshakeable starting to waver in ways she doesn't want to admit out loud. This episode is about the one thing I see take out high-performers more than any strategy gap, any market shift, or any messaging problem: the moment they start using external results as a measure of who they are. When conviction drops, you compensate. You add bonuses. You over-explain your value. You create urgency from fear instead of certainty. You start performing the version of yourself that people expect instead of leading as the version that actually exists. And none of it works because people can feel the difference, even when they can't name it. Money is a lagging indicator. Self-concept is the engine. And if you're attaching what you believe about yourself to things that are cyclical by nature .. income dips, slow months, client drama, life doing what life does, you will stay in the season you're most afraid of. Not because you failed. Because your brain found evidence to prove you right. This is the 1% of the 1% work. Most people will not do it. You're listening to this which means you already know you're not most people. Stop negotiating. Stop compensating. Remember who you actually are.

$9K to nearly $90K months in one year, it wasn't what you've been taught

In this episode, I’m breaking down the actual reason your content isn’t converting consistently .. the one thing that becomes your biggest income cap once you hit six-figures. This is the work most people avoid because it’s not as clean or tangible as “fixing your copy” .. you know how to write good copy. But it’s the exact shift that took me from a $9K month to a $90K month in a year. Inside, we’re getting into: Why your audience feels your state (not just your words) The subconscious patterns silently sabotaging your sales The difference between short-term strategy wins vs. sustainable income The two emotional drivers behind every sales block (and how they show up in your content) Why you can’t out-strategize an energetic leak If you’ve ever felt like: “when I’m on, I’m ON .. but I can’t hold it” This episode will hit. 🚨 Doors for Sales Autopsy close tonight. This is exactly the work we’re doing inside for the next 30 days — identifying the real reason your content isn’t converting and fixing it at the root so your sales actually stabilize. If you’re ready to stop guessing and start scaling: Get inside before doors close HERE !!

She signed 220+ clients & went viral after we changed this one thing in her messaging

One client had 220 people buy her offer and went viral multiple times within one launch.Another went from $5–8K months to consistent $20K months. The difference wasn't a new offer. It wasn't a bigger audience. It was messaging that finally stopped making buyers do the work of figuring out what they were actually getting. In this episode, I'm walking you through two real client case studies with before-and-after messaging breakdowns, exactly how we repositioned their offers from describing a method to selling a shift. And I'm naming the real reason most coaches stay stuck in vague: it's not that you don't know what you do. It's that you're scared to claim the result explicitly. Scared to say "this is what changes" because you can't guarantee it for every single person. That fear? That's not strategy. That's a nice-girl coded pattern running a filter through everything you put out and it's quietly costing you sales every week. You'll hear the exact language shifts that turned a 21-day breast massage and heart-healing offer into a 220-person launch, how we took "become famous" positioning and turned it into a revenue conversion system, why your low-ticket, mid-ticket, and high-ticket buyers should all be the same person and how your messaging either enforces that or breaks it. Stop making your buyer translate. Start selling the "so that."

The difference between people looking up to you & feeling led by you = $50K+ months

Your community isn't quiet because they're not the right people.Your clients aren't disengaged because the market is off. It's because there's a difference between people looking up to you and people actually being led by you. And if you've been running authority as a performance, protecting yourself behind a perfectly curated version of your work, you've been accidentally creating distance with the exact people who were ready to go all in. In this episode, I'm breaking down a real client conversation that got to the root of something I see constantly in high-level coaches: the belief that being untouchable makes you credible. That if your clients see you wobble, they'll lose respect and leave. That vulnerability is a liability. It's not. It's actually the missing link between a community that consumes your content and a community that moves because of you. I'm talking about the difference between push and pull leadership, why your clients don't need you to have all the answers, and how sharing your real-time process .. the wobbles, the recalibrations, the messy middle — is what actually creates depth, loyalty, and the kind of retention that compounds. This is exactly the work we go deep on inside the Nice Girl Funeral because the nice girl version of authority is performance, and it's costing you the leadership you actually have. If you're a high-performer who's already making money, already showing up, and still sensing there's a ceiling you can't quite name, this is where we find it. 👉 Join the Nice Girl Funeral experience here The nice girl always rises from the dead. There's always new layers to bury. Come do it with us.

Nobody is buying your coaching, here's what they're actually paying for

You think you have an offer problem. You don't. You have a translation problem and it's quietly costing you sales every single week. In this episode, I'm breaking down the exact reason high-performing women with incredible offers are still watching potential buyers stall, hesitate, or disappear. It's not your price point. It's not the algorithm. It's that you're selling the feature instead of selling what the feature actually does and your audience is working overtime trying to connect the dots you never drew for them. I'm walking you through the "so that" test: the one framework that should filter every single part of your offer before it ever leaves your mouth or hits a sales page. When you apply this, the path becomes clear, the friction disappears, and buyers stop needing to be convinced because you've already done the work of making it obvious. This is also why proximity changes everything. Not because you need someone to hold your hand but because you genuinely cannot see past what your own brain is protecting you from seeing. And one direct conversation can change the entire trajectory of your sales. If you've been running the same messaging and wondering why it's not landing the way it should, this is the episode.

Why my clients have resigned for years (aka the coaching skills & leadership no one talks about)

In this RISE Files session, I pull the curtain back on the real reason my clients re-sign for years, pay more, and evolve faster: I’m not just coaching .. I’m leading, going first, and building a culture that demands self-leadership. I share how I challenge clients without coddling them, why truth-telling creates loyalty instead of ruptures, and how culture collapses the need for “sales tactics.” I break down the nuanced difference between coaching and embodiment, why results don’t come from money milestones alone, and how I’ve coached clients far beyond “my” numbers simply because I’m exceptional at seeing blind spots, holding standards, and facilitating breakthroughs. I talk about qualification, discernment, leadership leaks, red-flag clients, why people-pleasing kills your container, and why top-tier clients don’t buy your modules .. they buy your vehicle, your lens, your edge, and your lived evolution. If you’re stuck thinking “I need more experience before I can lead,” or you’re diluting your culture to keep everyone comfortable, this episode will shift your entire identity as a mentor and show you exactly how I built a world where clients lead themselves, hire each other, and stay for the long game. If you’re ready to tighten your leadership, deepen your coaching skill, and build a culture that retains clients for years — RQ1 is the room. Three months. Deep identity work. Culture is the compound effect & here's how I built a movement, not just offers

In this RISE Files session, I break down the piece of business scaling almost no one teaches — culture. Not community. Not audience. Culture: the rules, standards, values, and energy people step into when they enter your world. And it’s the reason I’ve built a brand where clients move fast, re-sign early, stay for years, and sell my programs for me. I share how I conditioned my audience to trust my timelines, stop negotiating with my boundaries, and move at the speed I lead. I explain why extending deadlines, people-pleasing buyers, and bending standards kills momentum and how holding the line (even when no one bought) built the culture that led to 100% mastermind retention and multi-year contracts through 2029. I walk you through how movements form — from the mattress story to Nice Girl Funeral and why embodying your values publicly creates a magnetic identity that compounds far beyond one launch. Culture has become the most profitable, sustainable, and ease-filled growth lever in my business… and this episode shows you exactly how I built it. If you want to build a business where clients move fast, stay longer, and rise with you — RQ1 is where your culture, identity, and leadership get tightened in real time. Three months. High-touch. Only for the ones ready to move differently. 👉 Join here: https://jessica-parr.mykajabi.com/offers/GBU7PYon/checkout

How to be omnipresent (without burning out)

In this RISE Files session, I break down the real reason I’ve been able to post every day for over a year, run multiple visibility seasons, repurpose endlessly, and build a brand people actively check for: I stopped trying to create original content every day .. and started building a system that keeps me omnipresent no matter what season I’m in. I share how I split-test content, reuse and reconfigure posts, run trial reels, and create momentum long before the numbers show it. I explain why most coaches burn themselves out “starting over,” why pivoting doesn’t require a new account, and why your audience isn’t the problem — your attachment to likes and algorithm narratives is. I walk through how I rebuilt my voice after losing it in over-curated mentorship, how I turned my life into a content engine, and how daily creation rebuilt my conviction and internal momentum faster than any strategy ever could. If you’re tired of feeling invisible, second-guessing every post, or waiting for the algorithm to save you .. this episode will recalibrate how you show up online and turn you into the creator people can’t look away from. If you’re done waiting for momentum and ready to build it, RQ1 is where we turn this into your new baseline. I stopped people-pleasing & built a multi-six figure recurring revenue engine

In this RISE Files session, I take you through the exact identity rupture that transformed my entire business: the moment I realized my leadership leaks (not my strategy) were capping my income. I share how a client defaulting on payments became the mirror I couldn’t ignore, why I shut down my own mastermind at the peak of comfort, and how I rebuilt everything from negative 100% MRR to 140% regained in 28 days by leading myself with standards I used to reserve only for my clients. I walk you through the uncomfortable decisions, boundary-setting, and “nice girl funerals” that forced me to stop cushioning everyone else and finally match my conviction with my capacity. I break down the behind-the-scenes of launching Nice Girl Funeral, turning lived experience into offers, making terrifying moves in real time, and creating a culture where clients lead themselves instead of hiding, shrinking, or pedestalling me. If you’ve been operating with lower standards for yourself than you hold for your clients, or if you know you’re still leading from fear, placation, or comfort .. this episode will punch you into your next level. T his is the work that built my $500K+ recurring revenue engine and it started with radical self-honesty. If this episode called out your leadership leaks and you know you need tighter self-trust, standards, identity, and capacity going into 2026 — RQ1 is where we fix it fast. 👉 Join here: https://jessica-parr.mykajabi.com/offers/GBU7PYon/checkout

The capacity collapse that's creating a 1M+ 2026: How I went from $9K months to $60K & what's really holding you b

In this RISE Files session, I take you behind the scenes of how I went from $9K months to $50K–$60K cash months and locked in $400K+ of recurring revenue for 2026 — not through journaling, affirmations, or “being the energy”… but through capacity work most coaches never teach. I share the identity mechanics and decision-making that actually collapsed time for me: • why “be, do, have” kept me stuck for years, • what capacity really means (hint: it’s not holding more — it’s dropping emotional weight fast), • how I built speed, neutrality, and self-trust while navigating motherhood, money fear, identity loss, and inconsistency, • the $50K investment that was 75% of my monthly income and why I made it anyway, • and how I repeatedly blew past my nervous system ceiling to normalize numbers I never could’ve imagined a year earlier. I’m walking you through the exact behind-the-veil decisions, ruptures, and recalibrations that allowed my business to explode — not because I felt ready or regulated, but because I acted before I ever became the woman who could hold it. If you’re done flirting with your vision and you’re ready to actually become the version of you who scales ... this one is it. From follower energy to weapon, here's why you should stop letting mentors run my business

I stopped taking arbitrary advice from every mentor I hired and started using discernment like a weapon in my business. For a long time, I was consuming every module, every audio, trying to implement everyone else’s strategy .. & completely lost myself in the process. I forgot how I built my first business: throwing spaghetti at the wall, trusting my own ideas, making it up as I went and becoming a professional by coaching and leading, not by perfectly copying someone’s framework. Inside this episode, I break down: How “acting like a follower” quietly erodes your brand, your voice, and your authority Why most coaches feel stuck in their content (it’s not that you don’t know what to say it’s that you don’t trust what you have to say) Why evolving in front of your audience is a power move, and why people hide when they’re not proud of how they lead behind the scenes The client case study who dropped her best-ever micro-offer after we stopped over-strategizing and let her trust the idea that actually felt alive How I use transparency, self-responsibility, and my own real-time leadership as my funnel and why clients pay to be in the slipstream of that If you’re done contorting yourself to fit every mentor’s “one right way” and ready to build a brand that actually feels like yours this is the calibration. If this hit and you know you’re done building your business on other people’s brains, RQ1 is your next move. If you truly values being present & how finite your time is, you'd stop pretending you can afford to move slow

You can’t fully hold gratitude for the moment AND ignore how short life is at the same time. Most people think “being present” = slowing down. But the truth? The only way to honour this is to move faster, because no one is guaranteed another day. Nothing that happened last year, last week, or last night actually dictates what’s possible in the next 24 hours. Or the next 2 years. Your track record doesn’t matter. The ONLY thing that’s final is time. And if you actually got how finite that resource is, you’d stop: 👉 Stalling on launches. 👉 Delaying investments until they “make sense.” 👉 Waiting for clarity before you move. 👉 Wasting days in resistance, procrastination, & half-assed energy. You’d get feral about collapsing it. Most people can’t hold this paradox & it’s why they stay exactly where they are. I can be deeply present & grateful AND sprint toward what I want like my life depends on it .. because it does. I don’t slow down to “get clarity.” Because time is the only thing I can’t afford to waste. And that’s why my results have happened this year in this way, at this speed. My gratitude for the present moment doesn’t mean slowing down .. it means making moves so fast, so psychotic, that I wring the absolute most out of the time I’ve got. That’s how I collapse it. That’s how I create inevitability.

The BTS of August being an $80K sales month

August was an $80,000 sales month 🤯 And I want to celebrate that with you .. not just because of the number, but because of how it happened. It wasn’t clean. It wasn’t linear.  It was a month of:   ✨ Hosting a program with 50+ women and upselling into my mastermind like a psycho person.   ✨ Running MULTIPLE offers at once that turned (& didn’t turn) into high-ticket contracts.  ✨ Saying yes to scary invoices for Nice Girl Funeral LIVE that I had no idea were coming.  ✨ Celebrating every single micro-move .. from $27 sales to screenshots to DMs .. like they were million-dollar moments. That’s the thing nobody tells you: big months aren’t built from big moves alone.  They’re built from the speed, culture, and momentum you create daily. If you’re in a season where:  → It feels like you’re doing “all the things” but nothing’s stacking yet .. → You’re waiting for proof before you make the next move .. → Or you’re celebrating other people’s wins harder than your own .. I see you. I’ve been you.  And I promise you’re not missing some fucking magic ingredient.  You’re just one decision away  from momentum. That’s why I celebrate the $80K month and the $11 opt-ins.  They’re the same thing .. proof that movement creates more movement. Celebrate the hell out of every micro move you’re making this month.  They stack faster than you think. xx 💋

No one knows what the f*ck they're doing & thinking people 'ahead' of you do is why you're not making more money

No one knows what the f*ck they’re doing. Not me. Not the women you pedestal. Not the 8-figure hitters you drool over. The only difference? They had the balls to move with what they had. Meanwhile, you’re sitting on your sh*t like it’s a secret weapon that’s gonna self-activate once you finally feel “prepared.” That’s why you’re not making the money you’re already a match for. You’re telling yourself you need another certification, strategy, course. You’re writing 27 drafts of content you’ll never post. You’re watching people half as talented as you bank $50K+ months while you convince yourself you’re “not credible with your audience yet.” And for WHAT? There is no finish line where you suddenly feel ready. I’ve built my entire business(es) multi-six figures & this one on track for half a million in 2025 by moving anyway. By deciding I had enough to take step one. By realizing “figuring it the f*ck out” is the strategy. Every big move I’ve ever made looked insane in the moment: ⚡️ Starting my online business literally the day I had my son. ⚡️ Dropping a 70-person live event out of thin air with no “plan.” ⚡️ Pitching high-ticket containers when I didn’t even have the backend built yet. Your brain will always try to keep you in the loop of “not enough, yet.” But the truth? That voice never leaves. You just stop listening to it. And when you get in rooms where women are building wealth, brands, & lives that only they could create .. they’re not pyramids built off of eachother? You’ll realize FAST that no one has it figured out. That you just have to be ballsy enough to move while it’s messy. THIS IS WHAT NGF LIVE IS. Not surface-level hype. A room of successful badasses rewriting the rules in real time & forcing you to see how much more you’re capable of. If you want certainty before you move, you’ll be here another year saying the same sh*t. If you want ignition, this is your room. October 17–19. Toronto. Be in it.

No one's saying this so I will

Okay… I didn’t know where this one was going when I hit record. But if you’ve been coasting in curation, hiding behind strategy, or lowkey bullshitting your way through your leadership — this one’s going to hit hard. I talk a lot about embodiment. I talk a lot about self-responsibility. But this? This is about the kind of depth that actually changes people’s lives. And the truth is… most of you aren’t going there. Not with yourself. Not with your clients. Not even in your content. In this episode, I say the things most people are too scared to even whisper: Why “surface-level strategy” isn’t leadership — and never will be What it actually takes to be a real f*cking coach (not just a content machine) The reason I’ve had clients go from $0 to $300K and why I’ve been able to coach through breakups, court cases, and chaos without flinching The truth about curation, disembodiment, and why most of your sales are inconsistent The unfiltered behind-the-scenes of what’s really required to become the 1% of the 1% I also share why I’m terrified every day while building Nice Girl Funeral LIVE, and how I lead myself through it anyway — not for the optics, but because I’m not available to stay stuck in anything that isn’t real. This is your wake-up call. This is your mirror. This is your reminder that you are the first domino. Always. And if you want to be in the room where this level of leadership becomes embodied AF? Snag your seat to Nice Girl Funeral LIVE — because I built this for women like you. Women who are done with the pretending. Women who are ready to rise.
