Renee specializes in supporting CPTSD & Narcissistic Abuse Recovery. Having grown up in a family system with abuse & addiction, she understands how survivors are set up for additional adult trauma – often targeted later in life by other toxic individuals in friendships, romance, or work. Helping clients thaw from long term coping or shock, reclaim their birth right & connection to themselves, & release burdens & wounds is how she supports survivors. Many of her clients are high achieving women & men (superheroes & cycle breakers) who come to her for help with grief work, skill building, & professional or personal relationship challenges.
Her wish for her clients is to move from surviving & coping to healing & thriving – living a wholehearted, connected, authentic, embodied life is a gift of healing for each person & the collective.
