Use Google Keyword Planner to start searching for terms that people are looking for (and how much traffic is searching for it) and seeing if you can fill the gap with their questions!
Once you begin to build an audience, it’s easier to transition to offering premium paid products that you can make money from.
And turn your Personal Brand into a business! Boooom!
Whether that’s through coaching, consulting or launching a course.

Is someone an addict if they’re a work-a-holic?
Because when it comes to a few of my coaching clients, they always feel like there’s MORE to be done - so they *think* stepping away from work is a waste of time.

I have to almost SHAME them into getting exercise.
I secretly manipulate them with NLP tactics lol.
You have to be willing to do what’s best for people - even if they’re against it.
It’s kind of like stopping an addict from doing drugs…
I step in like their parent (authority), and tell them it’s for their own good.
Because IT IS.
It doesn’t matter how much money you have if you’re lying in a hospital bed and can’t move.
(Caveat: You need money to pay for hospital bills).
But the extra million or $100K people sacrifice for is useless.
That’s what lifestyle development is about… being your best self.
In ALL areas of your life.
I can’t believe how simple Phil Knight’s (Nike Founder & CEO) strategy was for dealing with stress was.
The guy is a billionaire, yet does something that anyone could do to improve their health (but no one does).

109. Get The Best Results With The Least Amount of Work

You’re not going to make millions just working hard.
And the same is true for working smart.
I know janitors who work 12-hour shifts and they’re still financially stuck and struggling.
And people get too attached to degrees and qualifications and stay stuck in those boxes.
Comfortable with salaries and living miserable routines.
It’s “all they know” and they’re stuck with expenses they’ve accrued (mortgage, car payments, insurance, family, etc.)
The goal should always be to get the most while doing the least amount of work!
Whether that’s in your career and choosing a company that will give you the best benefits for the same type of work you’d be doing anywhere else.
Or charging clients for work on “value-created” vs. an hourly rate.
(Ex: I charge copywriting clients $25,000/project instead of $500/hour)
The best way to create leverage is from creating perceived value.
Amplifying the position you’re coming from.
And delivering the result the other person wants to see from you.
Having them believe that you’re the answer to their problems.
That you are the best option.

Like Tony Robbins says, “People aren’t lazy. They simply do not have goals that inspire them”.
It’s been amazing helping my SS clients get some massive wins recently (one guy has closed multiple clients and made over $2,000 in under a month already).

A bunch of guys have what I call the “Move Towards” Motivation strategy.
Where they’re motivated by where they want to be in life and moving towards that vision.

Because if you overwhelm yourself with massive goals, it’s going to feel like an impossible mountain to climb.
It’s also one of the reasons why 98% of people don’t achieve their New Years Resolutions...

Did you know that Jeff Bezos (Amazon CEO) says the #1 sign of HIGH intelligence is the willingness to be open-minded & challenge your own way of thinking?
He only focuses on where his business should be 2-3 years from now. Only thinking about the future.
Not worrying on the day-to-day operations of Amazon. And he’s training his senior management to only think 2-3 years from now.
It’s similar to the framework I use to I delegate any work that doesn’t meet my hourly rate ($500/hour).
That includes things like hiring a maid, employees, and using healthy meal services so I don’t have to cook.
There’s major similarities where we both focus our time on creating the best future we can for the business.
And THAT is one of the biggest strengths of an entrepreneur: being a visionary.
Letting go of all judgements, criticisms and what’s “realistic”.
People can get held down by being “realistic”.
They lose the creativity of how they can change the world.
Luckily, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) taught me how to overcome this.
And gave me the self-belief to pursue crazy ideas for my business and make it even more successful.

105. What To Do When It’s Not FUN Anymore…

So last week I turned 37 and went to Mexico to celebrate and eat Tacos, drink Tequila and smoke cigars!
But before I went off, I thought about the last 15 years of when I left the Dating / PUA world...
… The pivots and “shiny objects” that got me off track
… And nearly killed me & my business
Ultimately, it was what I needed.
Now I charge $25,000 for my copywriting services (plus back-end revenue sharing) through the unconventional path that’s gotten me here.
… And it was underneath my nose the entire time.
It was tough tho.
It stopped becoming “fun”.
I didn’t have any growth or fulfillment.
And I was getting health problems where I was digging myself into a grave.
There’s a massive difference between grinding in your business and being in the FLOW.
And when you’re in the flow, you’re unstoppable.
Everything is confident and easy.
No resistance.

And getting all the elite habits I used to have, back.
Because it’s not about how consistent you can be…
It’s about how quickly you can get back on the train after you’ve fallen off.

101. The Risk Of ‘Playing It Safe’

Do you ever get that sick feeling inside your stomach when you know you’re wasting your time and not becoming the best person you can be?
Having that dream lifestyle you’ve always wanted…
Doing the work you’ve always dreamed of...
Getting into the flow of working in your zone of genius…
Some people get FOMO (fear of missing out) when they see others living really cool lifestyles and doing what they were meant to do.
And then they look at their life and have a hopeless feeling that they’re never going to get to where they wanna be.
BUT… Fear not!
Because it really comes down to one thing.
Well… Maybe two (if we’re gonna get technical).
Let’s go back to the 2008 recession.
Think about how hard it would have been to start a successful business back then.
At that time, Elon Musk got $180M from the PayPal acquisition.
And instead of taking some time off, living on a beach somewhere for a year…
Waiting for the whole ‘recession storm’ to blow over...
He invested ALL of his $180M into 3 new companies:
$100M into SpaceX$70M into Tesla & $10M into Solarcity
He literally invested everything he had and had to borrow rent money from his friends & family.
What a legend.
I also have clients that are financial planners who are losing millions of dollars in the marketplace every day…
Its shown me the extreme levels of staying cool under pressure up so you can end up winning on the other side of the coin.
What I’ve learned is you have to take some risks, play with fire, and LEARN when you “fail”.
Make it a habit.
And continually be growing.
