Season 2, #1 - Magen

It has been a while but Season 2 is readyyyy. I tried a little something different for the season opener. This episode, I showcased one of my amazing listeners, Magen, and the personal struggles she was going through at the time. My goal was not to push Magen or "solve" any of her problems. I just wanted to be her sounding board. To really listen and maybe flush out some ideas, if she wanted. It took a lot of courage for Magen to put her story out in such an open and honest way. In the end, there was no resolution and there didn't have to be. She had an opportunity to just speak. As a listener, I'd like you to sit with this episode. It's a heavy one -  complicated and deeply personal. Perhaps one of you out there has gone through a similar situation or are feeling like you can relate to Magen in another way. Listen in parts...listen to it in one shot...share it with someone you feel needs this. Let me know what you guys think.I want to make sure to mention that this was recorded almost 4 months ago. I caught up with Magen recently and she is doing so much better now. We recorded when it was pretty fresh in her life so I'm so glad that she's doing so well now! Find the episode below or on: iTunes & SoundCloud  Very special thanks to my Magen for being so open! Happy listening, ya'll! ????

#5 - Living Single

People! It's BACK!!!! It's been way too long but it felt great to get back in the studio to discuss thoughts and thangs once again! For the come-back episode we dissect issues plaguing single people in today's world. I even allowed (yes, allowed!) some guys to make a special appearance on #theSPOT to help us out. My guests on this episode are Courtney, Justin & Luke - three fabulous single people navigating the weary ways of singledom. Time went by so quickly but some of the topics we covered were checklists, societal expectations, SEX and stereotypes. I had such a blast talking to these guys & I hope you have a blast listening! Very special thanks to my guests! Happy Listening ????

#4 (Part II) - Love is Blind (?)

Ladiessssssss!I'm so glad you guys liked Part I! There is so much that goes into this topic that we really could have talked for hours and hours. Not to mention, Beyonce's "Lemonade" was released in between these two parts and a lot of what I heard was super duper related to this topic - "I tried to change, closed my mouth more. Tried to be softer, prettier, less...awake" Ugh, so good! ????Let's absolutely keep the conversation going but to bring it on home, here's Part II!Enjoy!

Updated
