Ep. 181 - Manifesting Aligned Friendships

Your tribe creates your vibe. I know we hear versions of this all the time, but I want you to really think about it for a moment. Who are the people you spend the most time with? How do you feel after being with them? Do you feel expanded, inspired, safe, more like yourself? Or do you leave feeling drained, contracted, judged, or like you had to make yourself a little smaller in order to belong? Because the people we surround ourselves with matter. We are constantly influencing each other, consciously and unconsciously, and that inevitably affects our energy, our beliefs, the way we see ourselves, and yes, even what we believe is possible for our lives. In this episode of The Manifestation Method Podcast, we’re talking about friendship, growth, and what happens when the relationships that once felt like home suddenly don’t feel the same anymore. This is something I’ve lived through many times. I’ve had so many different chapters and iterations of myself in this lifetime, and with each one there has been a natural evolution in my relationships. There were people I deeply loved who were perfect for one chapter of my life, and then at some point I realized that the way I wanted to connect, communicate, dream, and grow had changed. That realization can hurt. There are memories. There’s history. There’s love. And sometimes there’s fear underneath all of it: If I release this friendship, what if I’m alone? What if I never find my people? We go into all of that in this episode. We talk about: How to recognize when you may be outgrowing a friendship Why vulnerable communication has become one of my most important friendship values What it means to feel emotionally safe with someone How gossip, judgment, scarcity, and limiting beliefs can affect your own energy What to do when you feel like you have to dim your light around certain people How to grieve old friendships with love Why boundaries can sometimes deepen a friendship and sometimes reveal that it has run its course How to call in friendships that actually match the person you’re becoming Why authenticity is one of the most powerful ways to attract your people And I want to say this because I think it’s really important: you do not need to listen to this episode and immediately start cutting people out of your life. Growth doesn’t always require some dramatic friendship breakup. Sometimes you communicate differently. Sometimes you create a boundary. Sometimes you love someone deeply while allowing the relationship to take a different shape. And sometimes, yes, you realize that something has naturally completed. There’s so much information in simply noticing how your body and energy respond around someone. Can you share your dreams with them? Can you celebrate something beautiful happening in your life without worrying that they’ll judge you or minimize it? Can you tell them when something hurt you and trust that they’ll actually hear you? Can you be weird and spiritual and ambitious and tender and fully, unapologetically yourself? These questions matter. One of the practices I share in this episode is to imagine your friendships as a garden. What are the weeds? Maybe it’s gossip. Judgment. Competition. Resentment. Feeling like you always have to be the one holding space. Feeling afraid to speak honestly. And what do you want to grow instead? Maybe it’s depth. Safety. Vulnerability. Laughter. Celebration. Women who genuinely want to see you win. Friends who remind you of what’s possible when you temporarily forget. Take a moment and really look at your garden. And if you realize that you’re ready for new friendships, you don’t have to know exactly where those people are yet. Start by getting clear on the connection you desire. Visualize the conversations. The energy. The laughter. The way you feel in your body around these people. Then put yourself in rooms where those relationships have a chance to find you. Join the class. Go to the gathering. Enter the community. Say hi to the woman you always see at yoga. Invite someone for coffee. I have built entire communities in my life by simply being willing to put myself out there. It takes courage. And sometimes there is a little lonely in-between space while your outer world catches up with who you’re becoming. Keep going. When you find aligned friendships, you know. There’s safety. There’s depth. You celebrate each other’s wins instead of competing with them. You can bring something uncomfortable to the table and still feel loved. You leave conversations feeling fuller, not depleted. And you get to be all of you. So as you move through this week, pay attention to your relationships. Notice how you feel before, during, and after being with the people closest to you. And carry this with you: I am worthy of relationships that nourish my soul and reflect my highest self. Your vibe attracts your tribe. And my love, you are allowed to choose your relationships with intention. EP. 180 - Divine Timing & Manifestation Timelines

Why does one manifestation happen almost instantly… while another seems to take years? Are we actually in control of when our desires arrive, or is there a greater timeline unfolding that we can’t always see? In this episode of The Manifestation Method Podcast, Ayelet dives deep into the concept of divine timing, what it means, how it relates to manifestation, and where our power ends and surrender begins. Manifestation is a co-creative process. We can set intentions, visualize what we desire, shift our frequency, take aligned action, and clear the beliefs standing in our way. But the exact timing? That’s where things get more nuanced. Ayelet explores the idea that while we can influence the timing of our manifestations, we cannot always control it. Sometimes the delay isn’t a sign that you’re failing. It may simply mean that something within you—or within the circumstances surrounding your desire—is still coming into alignment. In this episode, you’ll learn: What divine timing actually means in the manifestation process The difference between influencing your timeline and trying to control it Why a manifestation taking longer doesn’t necessarily mean you’re doing something wrong How subconscious resistance and old beliefs can affect your readiness to receive Why there is no such thing as “wasted time” on your path How detours can actually prepare you for the manifestation you’re calling in Why your internal state can change the way you experience time How attachment and obsession can create more resistance Why letting go doesn’t mean giving up on what you desire How patience, trust, gratitude, and surrender can bring you back into alignment Ayelet also shares a deeply personal story about calling off an engagement just one month before meeting the man who would become her husband. At the time, it could have looked like she had wasted years or somehow moved backward. But looking back, the relationship had been part of the preparation. The detour wasn’t separate from the manifestation. It was part of the path toward it. This episode also explores an important distinction between conscious creation and chronic control. When you’re constantly asking: “When is it coming?” “Why hasn’t it happened yet?” “Did the Universe forget about me?” You may unknowingly be tightening your grip around the manifestation instead of creating space for it to arrive. Ayelet shares a Kabbalistic teaching that the more we try to control time, the more time begins to control us. But when we surrender the need to dictate exactly how and when something must happen, we create space for life to meet us in ways we may not have been able to imagine. Surrender does not mean giving up. It means knowing what you want. Knowing why you want it. Doing your part. And releasing your grip on exactly how and when it has to arrive. Because sometimes the most aligned thing you can do for your manifestation is stop staring at the clock. Come back to the present moment. Trust what is unfolding. And remember: You may not be behind. You may simply be in preparation for something larger than you can currently see. Ultimately, you can influence the timing of your manifestations through your thoughts, energy, emotions, actions, and willingness to release resistance. But divine timing asks for something deeper: Trust. Trust that your path is unfolding. Trust that your detours are not wasted. Trust that you are becoming capable of holding what you’ve been asking for. And trust that what is truly aligned for you can arrive at exactly the right time. Ep. 179 - If You’ve Ever Been in a Toxic Relationship, Listen to This ft. Kerry Rasenberg

Some relationships break your heart. Others slowly break the relationship you have with yourself. Little by little, you start reading the room before you read yourself. You become hyperaware of someone else’s moods, needs, reactions, and disappointments. You people-please. You walk on eggshells. You question your instincts. You explain yourself over and over again. And somewhere along the way, you realize: I didn’t just lose the relationship. I lost me. In this episode of The Manifestation Method Podcast, Ayelet sits down with certified life coach Kerry Rasenberger for a deeply honest conversation about what happens when you lose yourself inside a toxic or emotionally unhealthy relationship—and how you begin finding your way back. Kerry helps women rebuild self-worth, self-trust, and healthy boundaries after relationships that left them questioning who they are. Together, Ayelet and Kerry explore why even strong, intelligent, self-aware women can become caught in painful relationship dynamics and why leaving the relationship doesn’t necessarily mean the relationship has left your nervous system. In this episode, you’ll learn: Why intelligent, capable women can still become trapped in toxic relationship patterns What trauma bonding can actually feel like from the inside Why inconsistent affection can make unhealthy relationships so difficult to leave How survival mode can disconnect you from your own needs and intuition How to recognize the difference between a difficult relationship and a genuinely toxic dynamic Why patterns matter more than isolated bad days How your body can reveal what your mind has been trying to rationalize What repeated gaslighting and criticism can do to your self-trust How to stop outsourcing your knowing to other people Why boundaries are one of the most powerful forms of self-care How to rebuild your inner authority through small, consistent choices Why healing eventually has to shift from focusing only on what someone did to you to asking what you need in order to stop abandoning yourself One of the biggest themes in this conversation is trauma bonding—the cycle of affection, rejection, hope, hurt, and reconnection that can make someone feel almost addicted to a relationship they consciously know is hurting them. Kerry explains why intermittent moments of love or validation can keep us reaching for more, even after years of painful patterns, and why getting grounded in the truth of what is actually happening can become such an important part of healing. Ayelet and Kerry also explore the erosion of self-trust that can happen when your feelings, instincts, and reality are repeatedly questioned. You stop asking: “What am I feeling?” And start asking: “Am I allowed to feel this?” “Am I overreacting?” “Am I the problem?” Healing means slowly reversing that process—learning to listen to yourself again, trust what your body is communicating, and make small choices that prove to yourself that your needs matter too. And sometimes finding yourself again starts much smaller than we imagine. Getting out of bed. Taking a shower. Saying no when you normally would have said yes. Doing something you enjoy simply because you enjoy it. Setting one boundary and actually keeping it. Every small act of choosing yourself becomes another step home. Because healing isn’t necessarily about becoming a completely different woman. It’s about finding your way back to the woman who was always underneath the adapting, surviving, pleasing, and shrinking. If you’ve ever looked at yourself inside or after a relationship and thought, “I don’t even know who I am anymore,” this conversation is an invitation to begin asking a different question: Who am I when I’m no longer organizing my life around who someone else needs me to be? You are still there. And you can find your way back. Ep. 178 - When the Miracle Doesn’t Come: on Loss, Grief & Beginning Again with Simi Polonsky

What happens when you pray for the miracle, believe in the miracle, expect the miracle... and it doesn’t come? What happens to your faith when life breaks your heart? In this deeply intimate episode of The Manifestation Method Podcast, Ayelet sits down with Simi Polonsky for a raw conversation about grief, faith, surrender, love, and the extraordinary capacity of the human heart to begin again. Simi was pregnant with her third child when she lost her husband, Shua. In an instant, the future she thought she was building disappeared. Years later, her story would also include rebuilding, remarriage, divorce, solo motherhood, and the ongoing process of becoming a woman she could fully trust. Together, Ayelet and Simi explore what happens when the life you planned falls apart—and how you begin rebuilding when certainty is no longer available to you. In this episode, they explore: What grief feels like when you’re not only mourning a person, but the future you thought you would have How to hold joy and heartbreak at the same time What happens to your relationship with God when the miracle you prayed for doesn’t happen The difference between manifestation, hope, surrender, and acceptance Why grief can feel physically unbearable—and how the body slowly learns it can survive it How to parent while grieving without pretending everything is okay Letting go of the belief that you can control your children’s journey What it means to rebuild after both widowhood and divorce Learning to trust yourself enough to stop abandoning yourself Why “everything happens for a reason” isn’t always the medicine someone in grief needs How losing someone can also mean losing a version of yourself What it means to fall in love again without betraying the person you lost How deep pain can expand our capacity for intimacy, love, and connection Simi speaks openly about the betrayal she felt toward life and Hashem after losing her husband, describing a season where the world she trusted suddenly no longer made sense. Over time, her relationship with faith transformed—not into certainty, but into a deeper surrender to the mystery of being alive. This conversation also explores one of grief’s most complicated truths: You can still love the person you lost and love again. You can miss the life you once had and still be grateful for the life you are living now. You can experience heartbreak and joy inside the very same body. Healing does not require you to erase one chapter in order to begin another. And perhaps the most powerful lesson of Simi’s journey is that after losing so much certainty outside of herself, she slowly learned how to build the safest home she had ever known: the one within herself. A home built through courage, acceptance, self-trust, and the knowledge that even without the thing she once believed she needed most, she could still experience real peace, joy, love, and aliveness. If you are grieving a person, a relationship, a dream, an identity, or simply the version of life you thought you would be living by now, this conversation is an invitation to remember that beginning again does not mean forgetting what came before. Sometimes beginning again simply means discovering that your heart is capable of holding far more than you ever imagined. Ep. 177 - Why You’re Still Single: The Dating Advice No One Wants to Hear ft. Erika Ettin

What if the thing keeping you single isn’t your city, the dating apps, or a lack of good people out there? What if it’s the rules, assumptions, and expectations you’ve unknowingly brought into dating? In this episode of The Manifestation Method Podcast, I sit down with dating coach Erika Ettin, founder of A Little Nudge, for a refreshingly direct conversation about what actually helps people find healthy, lasting love in today’s complicated dating world. From ghosting and situationships to red flags, chemistry, dating apps, and endless social media advice, modern dating can make it incredibly easy to overthink every interaction. Erika shares why the people who ultimately find meaningful relationships tend to stay open-minded, give connection time to develop, and stop expecting a first date to answer every question about their future. In this episode, you’ll discover: How rigid expectations and hidden “rules” can quietly sabotage your dating life Why you should lower the stakes, not your standards What a first date should actually be about Why chemistry doesn’t always need to feel like instant fireworks How attraction can grow as you get to know someone The difference between true deal breakers and ordinary human imperfections Why your “gut feeling” may sometimes be intuition—and sometimes fear The overlooked green flags of consistency, calmness, kindness, and reliability Why feeling “bored” with a healthy person can sometimes mean your nervous system is simply unfamiliar with safety Why rejecting someone before they can reject you may feel safer—but can close you off to real love How to communicate clearly when you’re ready for a deeper commitment Erika also challenges some of the most popular dating advice circulating online, including rigid rules like “if he wanted to, he would” and the idea that women should sit back and wait to be pursued. Instead, she encourages you to become an active participant in your own love life. Because finding a partner isn’t simply about waiting to be chosen. You have to choose, too. And perhaps one of the biggest reminders from this conversation: The right partner doesn’t necessarily arrive perfectly packaged and immediately obvious. Relationships are built. Connection grows. And sometimes the person who feels calm, consistent, and even a little “boring” at first may be offering you something far more valuable than fireworks: Safety, stability, and the possibility of building something real. If you’re serious about finding love but feel exhausted by modern dating, this conversation will challenge you to date with more curiosity, patience, confidence, and openness and perhaps reconsider some of the rules you thought were protecting you. Ep. 176 - Why Your Life Feels So Overwhelming and How to Create More Space

What if the reason you feel overwhelmed isn’t because you need more time—but because your life doesn’t have enough structure to hold you? In this episode of The Manifestation Method Podcast, Ayelet shares a powerful realization that came after returning from an expansive trip to Guatemala. After spending eight days deeply connected to rest, pleasure, spontaneity, and presence, she came home and immediately felt the weight of responsibilities, work, motherhood, messages, and everyday life rush back in. That contrast forced her to ask an important question: Why does the softest, most alive version of me only get to exist on vacation? What she discovered was that creating more spaciousness wasn’t about adding more self-care or trying harder to “stay high vibe.” It was about strengthening the structure holding her life. Ayelet explores the balance between yin and yang, feminine and masculine energy, and why true freedom requires both. Your feminine may crave flow, creativity, pleasure, rest, and receptivity—but without boundaries, systems, and clear containers, that energy can become scattered rather than free. In this episode, you’ll learn: Why your life can still feel overwhelming even when you practice self-care The difference between true restorative yin energy and “yang in a prettier outfit” How to identify where your energy is quietly leaking throughout your day Why boundaries and structure can actually create more freedom How victim consciousness keeps you feeling trapped in your circumstances How to shift into sovereign consciousness and take ownership of the life you’re creating Why your masculine energy acts as the container for your feminine flow How creating stronger systems can give you more presence, creativity, pleasure, and spontaneity Ayelet also shares the practical changes she made in her own life—from creating clearer communication boundaries and reducing unnecessary demands to restructuring her calendar and intentionally protecting open space. Think of your feminine energy like water. Without riverbanks, water doesn’t become more free—it floods everywhere. Your structure, boundaries, and discipline are the riverbanks that allow your creativity, intuition, sensuality, and joy to actually flow. If you’ve been craving more space, ease, and freedom in your everyday life, this episode is an invitation to stop asking, “How can I fit more in?” and start asking: “What structure would allow me to finally exhale?” Build the banks—and watch what becomes possible inside them. Ep. 173 - There Are No Bad Parts: How to Break the Trauma Loop and Heal

What if the parts of yourself you’ve been trying to fix, silence, or get rid of aren’t actually the problem? In this episode of The Manifestation Method Podcast, Ayelet explores trauma through the lens of Internal Family Systems (IFS) and shares a powerful reframe: there are no bad parts. The fear, shame, disconnection, avoidance, perfectionism, or emotional reactions you experience may be protective parts of you that learned how to keep you safe after moments of heartbreak, rejection, or rupture. But when these protective parts stay in the driver’s seat, they can keep us trapped in familiar trauma loops—recreating the very disconnection we’re trying to avoid. Ayelet shares how to begin moving from the trauma loop into the healing cycle by developing compassion for your protective parts, reconnecting with your authentic self, and creating an internal sense of safety, intimacy, and belonging. In this episode, you’ll learn: How trauma can begin with a rupture in connection, safety, or belonging Why protective behaviors are not “bad parts,” but attempts to keep you safe How disconnection, numbing, avoidance, and perfectionism can become part of a trauma loop The difference between speaking from a triggered part and speaking for that part Why compassion and intimacy are the bridge between trauma and healing How to shift from an inner experience of scarcity into one of safety and abundance A simple four-step practice for working with yourself when you feel triggered How to access your self-energy—the calm, curious, compassionate part of you beneath fear and protection Ayelet also closes the episode with a guided meditation for moving from trauma into healing, helping you connect with the parts of yourself that need care and meet them with presence instead of judgment. Healing isn’t about erasing your pain or pretending heartbreak never happened. It’s about learning to hold your experiences differently—so your wounds no longer have to run your life. Every act of compassion is an invitation back into connection, belonging, and your authentic self. Ep. 172 - What 8 Years of Living in Israel Taught Me About Love

What is the actual formula for everlasting love? In a world where 42% of marriages end in divorce-that's 86 divorces per hour-most couples walk down the aisle with no blueprint for making it last. In this deeply personal episode of The Manifestation Method, I'm sharing everything I learned as a love investigator: the wisdom I gathered from rabbis, mentors, and years of living in Israel, and the three secrets that I believe are the difference between a marriage that survives and one that truly thrives. I'm opening with the moment I sat across from a white-bearded rabbi in the small Israeli town of Bat Ayn, newly engaged, desperate for the long list of practical marriage advice. I told him everything I needed to know about staying happily married. He looked at me, smirked, and said one word: Avoda. Work. Then fell silent. I left disappointed. Seven years later, I finally understand. The rabbi was right. Drawing on the hard-won wisdom of my own marriage, I'm revealing why couples go into marriage with a completely distorted understanding of what it's actually for. We seek the person who will complete us, fill the void, heal our wounds. But marriage is not a healer. Marriage is an amplifier. Whatever trauma or wounds you bring into marriage will not be dissolved by your partner; they will be magnified by your partner. Struggle with loneliness? Your partner will amplify it. Carry abandonment wounds from childhood? Your partner will activate them. This isn't a curse. It's the design. Because it's in confronting those amplified wounds that the deepest growth becomes possible. I'm breaking down the second piece of wisdom from another rabbi at an engagement party: imagine you want to go to Peru and your husband wants to go to Italy. He should do everything in his power to get you to Peru. You should do everything in your power to get him to Italy. I left confused: where does me getting what I want come in? But the teaching is profound: love is not created by receiving; it's created by giving. Parents love their children unconditionally not because children are giving back, but because parents are constantly pouring out. You don't have to work on loving your partner more—you have to work on giving to your partner. When your partner is winning, you are winning. When your partner is losing, you are losing. This episode includes the third and most fundamental secret from my Israeli wizard, my personal mentor who I sought out after a friend came to me hysterically crying after her husband discovered she had cheated. I asked him if there was ever a way back after infidelity. His answer: yes, as long as there is commitment, any couple can get through anything. And the research backs this up: 75% of divorcing couples cite lack of commitment more than infidelity as the reason their marriage ended. Commitment is everything. My friend and her husband are now living happily with their kids in a new home. You'll learn about the spiritual surgery that takes place at a Jewish wedding, why the presence of Shekhinah (God's divine presence) makes two people becoming one so palpable it can be felt in the room, why I lived with one foot in and one foot out in every relationship before marriage because there was no sacred contract, and what shifted instantaneously the moment my husband and I became officially husband and wife a relief so deep, so cellular, it felt like I could finally surrender. Whether you're newly married, in the trenches of a long-term relationship, or hoping to call in a partner worth committing to, this episode offers the reframe that changes everything: stop running from relationship to relationship thinking the next person won't cause you the same pain. You take your wounds with you into every relationship. You cannot see yourself without a mirror. Your partner is not here to complete you; they are here to show you what needs to be healed. Press play and discover: there is no perfect marriage. Any image you see on social media portraying one is complete deception. But if you have work, giving, and commitment as your three wheels in motion, you can absolutely experience your happily ever after. My husband and I choose each other again and again in every moment. And it's in our differences that I now see exactly why God brought us together. Ep. 170 - An intimate conversation with my Dad ft. Yosef Shimron

What does it look like when a daughter sits down with her father and asks him everything she's always wanted to know? In this rare, unscripted, deeply human episode of The Manifestation Method, I'm joined by my dad, Yosef Shimron, born and raised in Jerusalem, built a life from scratch in America with nothing but determination and a bag of cash at the end of each day for a conversation that went places neither of us planned. We open with the spontaneous, the curious, the Sagittarian energy my father brings to everything, his insatiable curiosity about nations, individuals, societies, and the big questions he still asks God. Because yes, my dad asks God questions. A lot of them. About Abraham and the binding of Isaac. About earthquakes and wars. About punishments in the Torah that don't seem to match the crime. About why God needs to be praised a hundred times in a synagogue when you can just feel it in your heart. My father is a man who loves Judaism deeply and questions it fiercely and somehow holds both at once. We go into the generational wounds that shaped him: a strict father who favored the stick over the carrot, a teacher who publicly shamed classmates for not doing homework, the quiet boy in the circle who was afraid to say something wrong and get laughed at until the army at 17 or 18. And the moment that still lives in his body: breaking his hand as a child and coming home in tears, only to be told it was his own fault for playing with the wrong kids in the wrong places. My father carries all of this and still he softened the cycle for us. This episode includes the conversation about how parents pass down both their gifts and their wounds across generations, what it meant for him to watch his own grandchildren be parented differently, why he read everything he could find about child development after disagreeing with how Beryl and I handled a situation, and why he came around to understanding that shame is never the shortcut we think it is. You'll hear him reflect on what he wishes he had done differently, delegating more, trusting more people, not trying to carry every single thing on his own shoulders. On what he regrets most about his mother, who passed away, and the fear that one day that same distance might happen between us. On what he's most proud of in his children. And on what he thinks the secret to Shalom Bayit really is: learning to give up, to compromise, to not hold on too tight—and above all, affection, touch, intimacy, talking, connection. I ask him what he thought when I left India and moved to Israel to become observant. What he wanted for me when I was growing up. Whether he was secretly hoping I'd come back to my roots without the religion. And what he sees in me that reminds him of himself, the restlessness, the questioning, the refusal to take anything for granted. Whether you're working through your own relationship with a parent, carrying wounds from how you were raised, or simply hungry for a real, unfiltered conversation between two people who love each other and see the world differently, this episode will crack something open in you. Press play and discover: the secret to financial success according to my dad (love what you do, delegate, become an authority, sell the story not the product), the one life lesson he wishes he'd implemented earlier, and his theory on why God closes one door and opens two and why he thinks opening just one would have been perfectly sufficient. Ep. 169 - The 3 Words That Changed my life: "Listening is God"

Over a decade ago I picked up a book, read three words, closed it, and sat there while something inside me rearranged. Those words were: listening is God. In this deeply intimate episode of The Manifestation Method, I'm unpacking why those three words might be the missing piece you didn't know you were looking for and how they connect ancient Jewish wisdom, Krishnamurti's philosophy, and the somatic practice of the felt sense into one of the most transformative practices a human being can embody. I'm opening with the philosopher Krishnamurti, not interested in giving you five steps or a new belief system, but obsessed with truth as something directly perceived, felt in the bones, not borrowed from any authority. He said something counterintuitive: the very attempt to fix, transcend, or escape an experience might be the thing that keeps us divided from God. Instead of asking how do I get rid of my fear, he asked: can you observe fear completely without escaping it, suppressing it, or analyzing it? Can you just be with it? What remains when the self becomes quiet enough to listen that is the sacred. Drawing on the Shema Judaism's most central declaration, said upon waking, before sleeping, and before taking our last breath, I'm revealing why the very first word of our core prayer is not believe, trust, or surrender. It's Shema. Listen. In Hebrew the root doesn't just mean to hear with your ears, it means to understand, to internalize, to let something land so deeply it changes how you move in the world. God isn't something you argue your way into. God is something you listen your way into. I'm breaking down the story of Elijah the prophet hiding in a cave on Mount Chorev, utterly depleted, convinced he's the last one standing for God. First comes a wind so powerful it shatters rocks, God is not in the wind. Then an earthquake, God is not in the earthquake. Then fire, God is not in the fire. And then, after all the spectacle and noise, there's the kol demama daka: the still small voice, the sound of delicate silence. That's where God was. Not in the dramatic breakthrough, not in the thunderbolt moment, in the quiet we keep running from because it almost feels like nothing is happening there. This episode includes why most of us aren't actually listening to others, not to ourselves. In conversation we're already halfway into our response before the other person finishes their sentence. We listen through our memories, wounds, opinions, desire to agree or disagree, impulse to fix. We meet our reaction to what's being said, not what's being said. But when the psychological self goes quiet, what's left is pure attention. And that is where the divine moves through the space between two people. Slice that energy with a knife, it's so potent with presence. You'll learn the somatic practice of the felt sense from psychologist Eugene Gendlin's book Focusing, that fuzzy, preverbal bodily awareness of a whole situation before you've put language to it. That something in your chest or gut when you're about to make a decision, before your mind has named it. The complete step-by-step process: clear a space and ask "what's between me and feeling completely fine right now?", pick one thing with charge and find where you feel it in your body, sit with the bodily sensation without labeling it, gently ask "what does this need me to know?", then wait, listen, receive whatever comes (an image, a word, a shift) with warmth and no urgency. Then simply say: thank you. I hear you. That is the Shema in practice. Whether you've been avoiding the inner work out of fear of what's under there, or wondering why nothing quite shifts no matter how many tools you try, this episode offers the truth that changes everything: your shadow doesn't disappear because you're not looking at it. What lives unexamined becomes the background music of your whole life, running the show behind the scenes, driving the mindless scrolling, the unnecessary purchases, the numbing, the shallow connections, the projections onto others. The unexamined shadow is always at the root. Press play and discover: listening is not passive. It is the most active, courageous, sacred thing you can do. Once a day, even ninety seconds, pause, ask your body what it's carrying, and listen without fixing, labeling, or rushing. That sacred pause is the Shema, the kol demama daka, the felt sense, all at once. The divine was never far away. We were just too loud to notice it. Ep. 168 - The Awakening of Grief

I was 21 years old, scrolling through social media half asleep, when I started seeing her name everywhere. Rest in peace, Dawn. We love you, Dawn. And then I saw her face, my high school friend, 19 years old, gone. In this tender, profound episode of The Manifestation Method, I'm sharing the story that cracked my heart wide open and sparked my spiritual awakening and making the case that grief is not a problem to solve but one of the most sacred, transformative experiences a human being can walk through. I'm opening with what so many of us absorbed somewhere along the way: that grief is something to move through as fast as possible, to heal from so we can get back to "real life." But what if grief is real life? What if it's not the interruption to your story but one of the truest, realest chapters of your whole story? What if grief is simply what love feels like when it no longer has anywhere familiar to land? You cannot grieve what you have never loved. Your grief is not evidence that something has gone wrong in you, it is evidence that your heart was and is very much alive. Drawing on the Jewish tradition of sitting Shiva, I'm revealing why this ancient ritual holds one of the most profound teachings on presence that exists. We don't tell the mourner to stay positive or be strong. We lower ourselves. We sit on the floor, close to the earth. Friends come in quietly. Nobody rushes anything or tries to fix anything. Nobody rescues the mourner from their own feelings. Presence becomes the medicine. Because maybe the kindest thing we can do for someone in pain is not help them feel better faster, it's refusing to let them carry it alone. I'm breaking down the Kabbalistic teaching that every heartbreak physically expands the vessel of the heart. Nothing stretches without first being pulled. Nothing grows without first creating space. When your heart cracks, it's not falling apart, it's becoming large enough to hold more love than it could have held before. Rabbi Nachman teaches: there is nothing as whole as a broken heart. And Rumi: the cracks are where the light comes in. Have you ever noticed that the people with the gentlest eyes are usually the ones who have carried the deepest grief? The most compassionate people you know are the ones who know suffering intimately. This episode includes the many faces of grief most people never talk about: anticipatory grief (mourning while the person or thing is still right in front of you, which is why you seem fine at the funeral but you've been grieving for years), disenfranchised grief (the miscarriage, the pet, the estranged parent who dies before you got the relationship you always hoped for grief that happens in the car, in the shower, at 3 AM when the house goes quiet), and collective grief (what gets woven into songs and stories and the things entire cultures never say out loud but pass down in silence, generation after generation). You'll learn the Hebrew word Rachamim (compassion), rooted in the same word as Rechem (womb). Compassion is womb-like: it doesn't rush you, doesn't demand you hurry up and heal, doesn't shame you for still being in it. It simply makes enough space for something fragile to become whole in its own time. And what grief is actually asking of you: to sit with the pain instead of running, to put down the phone and the busyness and the wine, to let yourself be witnessed, to say out loud this mattered to me, this loss is real, and I don't have to pretend I'm fine. Whether you're grieving a person, a marriage, a friendship, a dream, an identity, the parent you never really had, or the version of yourself you thought you'd become by now, this episode offers the truth that changes everything: healing is not the absence of grief. Healing is discovering that your grief no longer lives in a lonely place. That your heart has become spacious enough to hold both sorrow and joy simultaneously, both absence and gratitude, both tears and laughter, both endings and beginnings. The heart never chooses between grief and love it carries both, always, at the same time. Press play and discover: grief is love's holiest form. A cracked heart lets more light in. A broken heart holds more compassion. And a grieving heart is simply a heart that loved with everything it had. Don't rush your becoming. Don't apologize for the ache. Nothing truly loved is ever wasted. It just changes form. Ep. 167 - The Ancient Secret to Manifestation Nobody Talks About w/ Charla Goodnight from Collective Guidance Podcast

Ever wondered why vision boards and positive affirmations aren't working? Why you want something so badly and yet it just won't land? In this electric episode of The Manifestation Method, I'm joining Charla Goodnight on the Collective Guidance Podcast for a conversation that goes so much deeper than anything the New Age manifestation world has been teaching blending ancient Kabbalistic wisdom, quantum physics, and nervous system science into the most honest breakdown of what manifestation actually is. I'm opening with my own story—the one that started everything. Losing my friend Dawn at 19 in a motorcycle accident. Hearing a voice say "Ayelet, you've been alive for 20 years but you have not yet begun to live." Devouring every book on Eastern spirituality I could find. Selling designer purses at 22 to fly to an ashram in India. Spending six years on and off studying manifestation and consciousness with an enlightened master. And then the defining moment: a cyclone at Kumbh Mela (50 million Hindus, one Jewish girl from New Jersey) where the tent collapsed around 10,000 people and I found myself in the mud under a transportation truck begging God for my life and saying the Shema. Drawing on the Kabbalistic concept of Btzelem Elohim (being created in the image of God) I'm revealing why manifestation is not actually manifestation at all. It's co-creation. God is not some entity puppeteering the dance from outside. God is infused in our breath, our bones, our consciousness. If we are made in the image of the ultimate creator, that makes us co-creators. We don't manifest what we want. We manifest what we are. I'm breaking down the ABRA Method (from Abracadabra Aramaic for "I create as I speak"): Ask (get crystal specific, declare in present tense "I am" not "I want or I wish," put pen to paper because dense 3D material locks it in), Believe (the difference between Emunah knowing there's a higher power and Bitachon embodied faith in action, trust as a verb practiced moment to moment especially when the guy breaks up with you and you just got fired), Receive (surrendering chronic control for conscious creation, creating space the way God contracted Himself to make room for the universe, getting out of your own way so God can get in the driver's seat), and Aligned Action (letting your emotions be your GPS, taking inspired steps that feel good not steps that create burnout, attuning to how much space you're leaving for divine guidance versus how much you're forcing). This episode includes the story of how I manifested my husband in 21 days, declaring out loud at a cafeteria table in Jerusalem "Hashem, if it is your will, I intend to be married by May of this year or something better," meeting him 21 days later, and walking down the aisle on May 29th of that year. And why I moved from India to Israel with no plan, nowhere to sleep, no idea what I was doing and how reality literally reorganized itself around that surrender. You'll learn the 3 C's that block manifestation (complaining, controlling, comparing), why kavana (Hebrew for intention) is your manifestation tightrope, collapsing infinite possibilities into one clear vision that you walk toward like your life depends on it, and why your electromagnetic field (up to 6 feet around you, measurably real, not woo woo) is literally being programmed by your vibration every single moment. Whether you're in a dark chrysalis phase right now or wondering why you can't seem to quantum leap into your dream life, this episode offers the truth that changes everything: you are born with imaginal cells, encoded DNA of the butterfly you're meant to become. The cocooning phase, the dissolving, the pressure, the identity dissolution is not punishment. It's refinement. Olives go through pressure to become oil. Grapes go through pressure to become wine. Your vessel has to shatter because it's become too small. Press play and discover: the miracle doesn't come before the step. The sea didn't split before Nachshon walked in. Reality reorganizes around surrender. What are you currently manifesting? Not a thing, an inner space of radical self-trust, where you listen to yourself first, speak from your knowing, and allow the world to reorganize itself around that internal realignment. 💫 JOIN THE COLLECTIVE MEMBERSHIP: Weekly movement + meditation Zooms with Charla. https://collectiveguidance.com/collective-membership-1289 Manifestation Portal App - https://www.ayeletpolonsky.com/mm Ayelet’s Courses: THE ULTIMATE MANIFESTATION MINDSET COURSE: https://www.ayeletpolonsky.com/manifesting MANIFEST ABUNDANCE MEDITATION SERIES: https://www.ayeletpolonsky.com/abundance Connect with Ayelet: Instagram:instagram.com/ayeletpolonsky/ | Tiktok: tiktok.com/@manifestationmindset | Youtube:  youtube.com/@AyeletPolonsky

Ep. 166 - The Kabbalah of Why What You Resist Persists

Think of something in your life that feels stuck right now: a relationship, finances, a decision you keep oscillating on, something you've been pushing toward that seems to push back harder the more you force it. In this deeply embodied episode of The Manifestation Method, I'm looking at that stuck thing through a completely different lens the wisdom of water, the Kabbalistic truth of contraction, and why what you resist persists is not a cute Pinterest quote but an actual spiritual law. I'm opening with water as a sacred teacher. Water never moves in a straight line by force. It finds the path of least resistance, moves around obstacles, goes under or through the smallest crack. Given enough time, water can carve through stone not through force but through persistence, softness, simply continuing to be what it is. Water always finds its way without knowing the exact path before it starts moving. It responds moment to moment to what's actually in front of it. That is the ultimate act of trust and surrender. And yet most of us have been taught to throw ourselves against the rock again and again, demanding it move. Drawing on Kabbalistic teaching about Chesed and Gevurah, I'm revealing why the closed doors, delays, and dry seasons in your life might not be what you think. Chesed (loving kindness) is the energy of giving, flowing, expanding, reaching out and drawing close. Gevurah (strength, restraint) is the energy of boundary, structure, the arm that says "not yet." Neither is good or bad; they need each other. Because if there was only Chesed, infinite giving without a container, it would be overwhelm. Even water without structure, without the edge of a riverbank, is not a river; it's a flood. Gevurah is what makes Chesed receivable. The contraction is what makes space for the next expansion. I'm breaking down the crucial distinction between contraction and resistance. Contraction has flow; it tightens and then releases, like a womb in labor, like breath inhaling before it exhales, like the moon going dark before being born again as a new moon. Resistance is what happens when you meet natural contraction with fear, when you say "not this, get away from me, this shouldn't be happening." That's when Gevurah goes rigid, gets locked and frozen. Water that stops moving stagnates and gets dirty. And when you meet contraction with panic, gripping and fighting and demanding it be different right now, there are two contractions happening at once: the natural one trying to move through its cycle and your resistance freezing the whole thing in place. This episode includes the somatic truth your nervous system already knows: when your body senses a perceived threat, it contracts muscles tense, breath shortens, energy pulls inward. This is healthy, meant to be temporary. But when we're taught to override, to hold it all, to say "not now, not here, not ever, I don't have time for this," the contraction gets stuck mid-cycle. It becomes the tightness in your shoulders that never goes away, the jaw that's always slightly clenched, the breath that never quite makes it all the way down, the bracing that becomes your new baseline. You'll learn the Kabbalistic teaching about time: one who resists time, time resists back, but one who surrenders to time, time yields to them. Time moves the way water moves, the way the moon moves, the way creation itself moved through Chesed and Gevurah dancing together, seasons of flow and seasons of waiting. When we're in a quiet season, our instinct is to resist it: "This is taking too long, I should be further along, why isn't this moving?" We grip the timeline itself. And then we're fighting two things: the natural rhythm of the season and our own resistance to it. A double bind. Whether you're white-knuckling the steering wheel waiting for things to change or exhausted from pushing toward something that keeps pushing back, this episode offers the invitation that changes everything: you don't have to love this season to stop fighting it. You don't have to pretend everything is fine. Surrender isn't giving up; it's putting down your end of the rope. Speaking to the contraction: "I see you. I know you're not the end of the story. I know you're how the next thing gets made." Press play and discover: the divine itself did not force creation; it simply made space for it. As a human being made in the image of God, you are allowed to do the same. You're allowed to stop gripping. You're allowed to let the season be exactly what it is. Tzimtzum is never the end of the story; it's the very first step that makes the next birth possible. You are held, you are on time, and you are deeply loved. Ep. 165 - The Secret to Why Your Manifestations Are Blocked: The Truth About Identity

Ever wondered why you get results but then slip back to square one? Ever changed your habits but nothing really shifted? Ever felt like no matter how many vision boards you make or affirmations you repeat, something underneath keeps you stuck? In this transformative episode of The Manifestation Method, I'm revealing the number one reason people get blocked in their manifestation practice—and it has nothing to do with not trying hard enough. I'm opening with what most people are actually doing wrong: the outside-in approach. You want more money, so you research ways to make money. You want a healthier body, so you download a meal plan. You want love, so you optimize your dating profile. But here's the problem: if your identity hasn't shifted, if at your core you still feel like someone who struggles with money or someone who doesn't deserve love, then all those external efforts are running on a very shaky, cracked foundation. It's like pushing water uphill with sheer force—you might do it for a while, but the moment you stop, it flows back down. That's willpower without identity change. Drawing on psychological research about self-concept—I'm revealing the concept of the Identity Thermostat. Your self-concept functions exactly like a thermostat in your home with a set point. Anytime your life starts to move outside that set point—whether it gets too good or too bad—your subconscious mind kicks in to regulate you back to what feels normal, familiar, within your capacity to control. This is why lottery winners return to their original financial baseline within years. This is why someone with everything can still feel persistent unexplainable anxiety. Your nervous system is literally trying to bring your system back to order. I'm breaking down selective filtering—your brain literally filters out evidence that contradicts your existing identity. It highlights evidence that confirms who you believe you are. If you believe you're always struggling, your brain works hard to find proof you're always struggling. This isn't because you're broken—it's because your brain is sophisticated and efficient, doing exactly what it was built to do. The only way to change the thermostat setting is to change the identity it's calibrated to. This episode includes the Kabbalistic concept of Tselem Elohim (being created in the image of God)—not about looking like God, but having the same capacity as the divine: the capacity to create, to bring into being something that did not previously exist. The primary place creation happens is inside of you. You're not meant to be a passive receiver of a life that happens to you. You're a creative being with a soul with the power to reshape your inner world. As within, so without—when you reorganize within, your outer world begins to organize itself into alignment. You'll learn about Naase v'Nishmah (we will do and we will hear/understand)—the ancient Israelites didn't wait to feel spiritually prepared before accepting the Torah. They declared "we will do first, then we will understand." This is behavioral activation: action precedes motivation, not the other way around. You don't need to fully believe your new identity before you begin living it. You act from the new identity first, and then belief, evidence, embodied knowing comes after the action gets taken. Modern psychology is only now catching up to what our ancestors knew thousands of years ago. Whether you're repeating affirmations that aren't landing or wondering why you keep recreating the same patterns with different people, this episode offers the framework that changes everything: the operating system always wins. The outside can change, but if the inside (your identity, your nervous system, your felt sense of who you are) stays the same, you'll always return to baseline. This is why the work isn't just mindset—it's somatic, nervous system, cellular. Your soul speaks in sensation. Your nervous system needs to experience the new you emotionally and energetically, not just conceptualize it in your mind. Press play and discover: you are not meant to be a passive receiver. You have the power to reshape your inner world from the inside out. When you decide to shift your identity, you're not just adding something new—you're releasing something old. And yes, that requires grieving. The old identity was painful, but it was yours, familiar, safe. Accepting yourself completely means being willing to see all of who you are, including the parts holding you back, and then being willing to let them go. That's not a breakdown—that's becoming. That's falling into alignment.   Manifestation Portal App - https://www.ayeletpolonsky.com/mm Ayelet’s Courses: THE ULTIMATE MANIFESTATION MINDSET COURSE: https://www.ayeletpolonsky.com/manifesting MANIFEST ABUNDANCE MEDITATION SERIES: https://www.ayeletpolonsky.com/abundance Connect with Ayelet: Instagram:instagram.com/ayeletpolonsky/ | Tiktok: tiktok.com/@manifestationmindset | Youtube:  youtube.com/@AyeletPolonsky

Ep. 164 - How to Trust When Life Makes No Sense

Ever felt like you're gripping the steering wheel of life so tightly your knuckles turn white? Ever tried to control, predict, forescript, manipulate reality because what you really want is certainty? In this profound episode of The Manifestation Method, I'm talking about Bitachon—Hebrew for trust—not when everything is working out, but in that space between, the unknown, the void where you're being asked to trust what you cannot yet see. I'm opening with what trust is NOT: it's not passive, not "sit back and do nothing," not a goal you reach once and have forever, not blind optimism, not dissociation with good PR. Real trust—Bitachon—is a deeply embodied relationship with life itself. It's knowing that even when you cannot see the full picture, there is intelligence moving through your path. Even the delay turns into something sacred unfolding for you. Your fear is not the ultimate authority on reality. Drawing on Kabbalistic and Hasidic teachings—I'm revealing the difference between Emunah (faith—believing God is capable, God is infinite possibility) and Bitachon (active certainty that God is RIGHT NOW in this situation working on your behalf, then taking actions to prove you embody that knowing). Bitachon is embodied faith. Faith is the knowing. Bitachon is proving you know through your actual actions. When you genuinely embody Bitachon, you create the vessel for good to come through. Your trust is not just a response to reality—it actually shapes your reality. Trust comes first. Evidence comes after. I'm breaking down the story of the Israelites leaving Egypt—400+ years of enslavement (generational trauma, nervous systems wired for captivity, survival, endurance). They left without a plan, no five-year roadmap, no GPS, no survival guide. Just unleavened bread that didn't have time to rise and the instruction: "Go. Just go." The sea did not split before they walked toward it. It only split when Nachshon walked into the sea up to his nose—water at his nostrils, Egyptians behind them with spears, nowhere to go. By any rational calculation it was already too late. But that's when the miracle happened. When he committed fully with no guarantee of outcome, reality reorganized itself. This episode includes the neuroscience of why trust is hard: when you've been through hard things, your nervous system learns "good things end, safe things become unsafe, what I love gets taken away." So it starts to brace against good things, anticipate collapse inside expansion, feel suspicious that things could be easy. You sabotage what feels unsustainable—pick fights when things are going well, catastrophize, get sick before big wins, shrink opportunities to safe familiar size. Not weakness—your nervous system protecting you from devastation of another loss by not letting you fully receive in the first place. You'll learn about coherence from HeartMath research: when heart and brain are in coherence (genuine positive emotion, genuine trust, genuine openness), your actual electromagnetic field measurably changes. The signal your body broadcasts into the quantum shifts. Kabbalah mirrors this—when you're in Bitachon, you become a vessel, receptive in a way that allows abundance, clarity, connection, synchronicity to flow through rather than being forced. You stop being a closed fist trying to grab what you need and become an open hand able to receive it. Whether you're exhausted from holding the universe together or waiting for the sea to split before you take the step, this episode offers the practice that changes everything: Trust is not a feeling you either have or don't. It's a practice like yoga—daily, sometimes hourly, sometimes minute by minute. Returning to the decision that you are held and divinely guided. The universe is not indifferent to you. The sea will split, is already splitting. Your job is to keep walking toward it. Press play and discover: you're not exhausted because life is hard. You're exhausted because your nervous system believes it has to hold the entire universe together to be safe. You can put it down. Ep. 163 - The Quantum Field, Kabbalah & Manifestation - Part 2

Ever felt like you're doing all the manifestation work but something's still not clicking? In this mind-expanding continuation of The Manifestation Method's quantum physics and Kabbalah series, I'm taking everything we opened in Part 1 and bringing it into something much more real, much more practical—the actual mechanics of how this works in a step-by-step process that will change how you show up, think, feel, and create. I'm opening with the Observer Effect—the most mind-bending quantum discovery: a particle doesn't have a definite state, position, or spin until it's observed by a human being. Before observation, particles exist in superposition (all possible states at the same time). The act of human observation collapses infinite possibilities into one single actual outcome. Your consciousness is not a passive bystander watching reality unfold—your attention doesn't just notice what's real, your attention helps make things real. This is not a weird quirk of tiny particles. This is fundamental truth about the nature of reality. Drawing on Kabbalistic teaching and quantum physics—I'm revealing why both point at the same truth: you are not inside the universe passively watching like a movie with popcorn. You are part of how the universe becomes real. The Zohar teaches there is no place devoid of divine presence. Quantum physics says consciousness collapses the wave function (awareness turns possibility into reality). Kabbalah says the human being is the channel through which divine potential becomes actual. If you hold something in sustained, focused, emotionally alive awareness, you're not just daydreaming—you're interacting with a field that is genuinely responding to your consciousness. I'm breaking down the complete framework for manifesting from the field: Step 1: Sacred Pause (Kabbalah calls this Hitbonenut—deep contemplative absorption). Spend 5-10 minutes in pure breath-focused silence before visualization or intention setting. Touch the field by quieting ordinary chattering mind. This is the Ein Sof state—pure open awareness before thought. Step 2: Intentional Contraction/Tsimtsum (bringing infinite possibility into one specific kavana/intention). Write it in present tense as if it's already real: "I am, I have, I experience." Words carry vibrational frequency—those frequencies create realities. Step 3: Walk Your Intention Through the Tree (check for alignment leaks). This episode includes the diagnostic questions for each Sefirah: Keter (is this desire genuinely mine or someone else's version of success?), Chochmah (do I have clear specific vision or is it fuzzy?), Binah (have I thought through what this reality looks and feels like?), Chesed (am I actually open to receiving this or do I deflect?), Gevurah (am I willing to do the work and let go of what doesn't serve?), Tiferet (is my heart genuinely in this—does my whole body say yes?), Netzach (am I letting myself actually feel the desire?), Hod (have I spoken it out loud, written it down, created ritual?), Yesod (what do I secretly actually believe about whether this is possible for me?), Malchut (am I taking aligned action in the physical world?). If you find a "no," you found where your work is. You'll learn about quantum entanglement and how to entangle yourself with your desired reality right now: the quantum field doesn't respond to what you want (wanting signals lack—"I want" means it's not here). The field responds to what you ARE. Spend 10 minutes every morning fully inside your desired reality—not looking at it from outside like a movie, but inhabiting the frequency. See from inside that version of your life. How does your body feel? How do you hold yourself? How do you walk into a room? Let your nervous system register it as real. Then live as that person. Whether you're in a breakdown season or things feel like they're falling apart, this episode offers the teaching that changes everything: Shvirat HaKelim (the breaking of vessels). When divine light poured into vessels during creation, the light was so powerful the vessels shattered. Shards embedded with sparks of divine light scattered throughout all creation, hidden inside brokenness, darkness, failure, loss, heartbreak. Your role is tikkun (repair)—gathering those sparks, finding divinity even in broken places. Every time something breaks in your life, it's not a sign you're failing—it's a sign you've grown too big for the vessel you were in. The breaking IS the expansion. Press play and discover: you are not a billiard ball being knocked around by forces outside your control. You are a ripple in the quantum field, a spark of Ein Sof clothed in a body, a walking breathing Tree of Life with 10 dimensions of creative power flowing through you right now. The question is not "does manifestation work?" The question is: what signal are you sending? The field has always been ready—it's been waiting for you to remember you are made of it. Ep. 162 - The Quantum Field, Kabbalah & Manifestation - Part 1

Ever wondered how ancient mysticism and modern science might be describing the same reality? In this mind-expanding two-part exploration of The Manifestation Method, I'm revealing the intersection between quantum physics and Kabbalistic wisdom—and why understanding this connection will completely transform how you think about manifestation, consciousness, and reality itself. I'm opening with the groundbreaking discovery of quantum mechanics that broke physics: particles don't sit still in one place—they exist as waves of probability, in all places at once, everywhere until a human being with consciousness looks at them. The act of observation collapses particles into one specific reality. Your awareness is what makes things real, what brings them into existence. Drawing on the Kabbalistic Tree of Life and the Sefirot—I'm revealing what ancient Jewish mystics were describing thousands of years before particle accelerators existed. Kabbalah comes from the Hebrew root "kabel" (to receive). At its core, it's a map of how infinite formless divine source (Ein Sof—meaning "without end") gives birth to the entire finite physical universe. Ein Sof is pure infinite undifferentiated consciousness, pure potential, the ground of all existence. I'm breaking down the Tsimtsum—Rabbi Isaac Luria's teaching that before creation existed, Ein Sof filled everything. For a world to exist, there had to be space, room, separation. So Ein Sof contracted, pulled back, made a vacated space (chalal) where creation could be projected. From that intentional contraction, everything was born. In quantum physics, this is called symmetry breaking, how the infinite boundless field gives rise to specific particular physical reality. This episode includes a complete walkthrough of the 10 Sefirot (the Tree of Life): Keter, Chochmah, Binah, Chesed, Gevurah, Tiferet, Netzach, Hod, Yesod, and Malchut. You'll learn why most manifestation sabotage happens at Yesod: it doesn't matter how beautiful your vision is at Keter, how clear your intention at Chochmah, how open your heart at Tiferet—if at the level of Yesod you secretly believe "this never works for me" or "I'm not the type of person who gets this," that belief is a crack in the foundation and everything above eventually crumbles. Press play and discover: you are not a person trying to manipulate a mechanical universe. You are pure consciousness, a ripple in the infinite quantum field, a spark of Ein Sof clothed in a body. The observer whose attention collapses possibility into form. The question is not "does manifestation work?" The question is: are you willing to work with the full depth of what and who you are? Ep. 161 - How to Communicate Without Attacking Each Other

Ever gone into a conversation with someone you love thinking "I'm just trying to explain how I feel" and within five minutes it's turned into a full-blown fight? Someone's defending, someone's attacking, someone shuts down, someone raises their voice, someone starts bringing up every example from the last 15 years and the original thing that needed to be spoken about gets completely lost? In this transformative episode of The Manifestation Method, I'm unpacking why that happens and revealing my number one most favorite tool for conscious communication. I'm opening with what most people don't realize: the problem is not that you don't know how to communicate. The problem is you're not communicating from the part of you that is actually hurt you're communicating from the part of you that is protecting the hurt. And that is a very different thing. Drawing on Internal Family Systems (IFS), we have wounded vulnerable parts (exiles) and protector parts that try to keep those vulnerable parts from being touched ever again. Drawing on Marshall Rosenberg's Nonviolent Communication (NVC) framework—I'm revealing the four core steps: observation, feeling, need, request. Instead of "you're always on your phone and you don't care about me" (blame), NVC sounds like: "When we're having dinner and your phone is on the table and you check it a few times, I notice I start to feel disconnected and sad because your presence really matters to me. Would you be willing to put our phones away during dinner so we can really be together?" Same need, completely different transmission. I'm breaking down the Gottmans' Four Horsemen—the communication patterns most destructive to relationships: (1) Criticism ("you never help me, you're so selfish, what's wrong with you"). (2) Defensiveness (the natural response to criticism: "that's not true!" or "well you do the same thing"). (3) Contempt (rolling eyes, sarcasm, mocking, "you're being crazy"). (4) Stonewalling (shutting down completely, withdrawing). This episode includes the antidote: the Gentle Startup. Instead of criticism ("you're always on your phone and you don't care"), try: "When we're together and I feel like your attention is somewhere else, I start to feel disconnected and sad. I really love feeling present with you." Same situation, completely different impact. One creates defense, the other invites connection. You'll learn the sacred pause practice: put one hand on your heart, one on your low belly, breathe down into your pelvis and root center (not up into the chest or mind). Whether you're in conflict right now or learning to communicate differently, this episode offers the awareness that changes everything: most conflict follows this pattern one person criticizes, the other defends, energy escalates into contempt, one person shuts down. Press play and discover: conscious communication is not thinking your way through. Ep.160 - Why Your Relationship Is Starting to Feel Like It’s Falling Apart

Ever wondered why the same arguments keep happening? Why no matter how much you communicate or try harder, something still feels stuck? In this profound episode of The Manifestation Method, I'm diving into the masculine wound and the feminine wound—and revealing why so many conflicts you think are about communication or compatibility are actually something much deeper, much more ancient, much more patterned and living inside your bodies. I'm opening with what I've come to understand through lived experience and the work I do: the masculine wound has its roots in scarcity and control. The feminine wound has its roots in suppression of voice, suppression of truth. And when these two wounds meet in relationship, they don't just coexist—they activate each other. The masculine wound says "there is not enough time, not enough safety, not enough room to fail, not enough space to be soft—I have to hold it all together." Control becomes the strategy. The feminine wound says "my voice is too much, my truth will create rupture, it's safer to soften, accommodate, hold it in." Suppression becomes the strategy. Drawing on archetypal and nervous system wisdom—I'm revealing what happens when these wounds collide: the more the masculine tries to control, the less the feminine feels safe to speak. The more the feminine suppresses, the more the masculine feels "why isn't she softening?" and tries to push harder. I'm breaking down what men actually need: Peace is not a personality trait in a woman—it's a response, a byproduct of the environment created between two people. If you want a soft woman, you have to stop putting her in survival mode. Softness does not exist in survival. This episode includes what women actually need to understand: Men are coming out of thousands of years of cultural conditioning. Many men today carry underlying hesitation, guilt, fear of getting it wrong, fear of being too much, fear of being rejected. They've lost touch with their ability to powerfully claim what they want. You'll learn the three things a man can never hear enough: "I trust you. I respect you. You're right." Those few words go much further than constant correction. When he's showing up, present, loving, trying—let him know. Don't only be expressive when something is wrong. If all he hears is where he's failing, he'll associate the relationship with pressure. But if you meet him with the same aliveness when he's getting it right, you reinforce the behavior that builds connection. Whether your relationship feels like it's eroding or you're about to enter a new one, this episode offers the awareness that changes everything: when the masculine heals, control softens into presence. When the feminine heals, her voice returns—clear, embodied, truthful, rooted. She can speak without fear or bracing. And when those two energies meet, something entirely different becomes possible.
