We all start somewhere, but especially when you're a newgrad and put straight into product management, there is very much the idea of "fake it till you make it".   In the video I cover other things that have helped for me such as focussing on trying to improve the basics, finding a mentor and being stubborn on what you want to do.

This is a little bit of my story as to how I got my first job in japan. It is challenging to go through the Shukatsu system and to try land a job when you don't speak Japanese and have no work experience.  I hope my story of how I did it can help someone else find a job especially with all of the turbulence at the moment.
