In this episode we have a special guest, our friend Jen, who decided to live in New York City as a "local tourist" for 6 months.  Yes it is possible to be an "responsible adult" and explore different cities at the same time!  She shares some great alternatives if you prefer to go more local in NYC or if you have already seen a lot of the tourist sites.

2016 celebrates the 100 year anniversary of the US National Parks!  As two native Utahns, Erin and Jenny discuss The Mighty Five National Parks located in Utah which are: Zion, Bryce Canyon, Capitol Reef, Arches, and Canyonlands.  If you’re looking for natural beauty and adventure come to Utah’s National Parks!  Or at least just listen to Erin and Jenny discuss some of our misadventures as we’ve enjoyed what our home state has to offer.  Photos include: Calf-Creek Falls, Delicate Arch in winter, petroglyphs, a view from the Shafer trail (Canyonlands), Zion entrance, and Bryce Canyon.

In today’s episode we chat with our friend Linda who just spent two years working in Qatar.  Linda shares her experiences and thoughts on the Qatari culture.  While Qatar may not be on a lot of tourist wish-lists it will start gaining more attention in the 2020 World Cup and its location is a great point for travel to Africa, Europe, other countries in the Middle East, and Asia.

Jenny and Erin review Jenny's travel notes to Machu Picchu from 10 years ago - while much of the the world has changed the breath-taking magic of Cusco, Peru and Machu Picchu doesn't change.
