Formerly a binge eater who was unable to keep her weight at the desired level, Freelee discovered this path and has become a leader in her own right, founding 30 Bananas A Day group site with her partner Durian Rider. I have heard about this diet for years but hadn't tried it, and am still seeking to achieve my ideal body weight despite years of being on the 'regular' raw diet.
