Consent in the online world is really important. We make sure everyone in our recordings is okay with everything they share with us to be used online. We want everyone to do the same and feel empowered to tell people when you are uncomfortable with your photo being taken, content of yours being posted.

Let’s get into body image. We want to know what this topic means to young people and how it is affecting them. We've Brought in a group of young girls to share their stories and answer a couple key questions with us. Remember body image on the internet is not necessarily a good or bad thing, we’re here to help advise some boundaries to posting yourself online as well as talking about others body’s online.

Online bullying is something that seems to be happening more and more as our digital world expands. We want to open the conversation up to why this is happening and what we can do about it. Bullies may not be someone you know but they can have a big impact on how you feel. We want you to know that you aren’t alone and it's absolutely okay to speak up about bullying.

Addiction can be a scary topic for some people. We want to bring this real world issue and face it by connecting with young minds and talking about the causes, effects, and tools to help around an online or digital addiction. I’m sure you’ll know someone who is addicted to their phone or to a game, the aim for this podcast is to raise awareness about the dangers and effects a digital addiction can have on a person and their relationships with the people around them.

Today we’ve teamed up with a bunch of youth who are willing to share some of their opinions on digital safety and what it means to be living in the digital age. We love hearing from young people , and what they see from their perspective in the online world. Everyone’s experiences online are different and we are aiming to get a nice pick and mix of people to share their stories. So we are going to run through a quick set of questions with this group and see what they have for us.
