We rarely give spoilers to where reviews are headed in the episode description and today will be no different. all we are going to say is that this podcast has two very different perspectives. One from someone who has never played the games and has no nostalgia to the franchise. the other from someone who has played all of the games and loves the lore that surrounds them. Both of these perspectives reached the same conclusion. So join us as we dive head first into our animatronic suits for this run through Five nights at Freddy's 2. John Carpenter was ready to retire after escape to LA but making this film with James Woods allowed him to enjoy filmmaking again and it's easy to see why. This episode we take a dive into the most 80's feel film released in the 90's... This film is a pure delight! If Shaun of the Dead and The Greatest Showman were to get together and have a baby this film would 100% bet that kid. This is the only zombie, horror, musical that we have ever come across and highly entertaining from every aspect of what it promises! Zombies - Yes lots of them with hilarious and scary moments in equal measure Horror - Parts of this movie are tragic in tone, gore, terror and a never ending sense of despair Musical - Ok this is where this film excels, full musical numbers that are catchy, relevant and in places vital to plot exposition. In short this is an absolute triumph that is under discovered and underappreciated in the community. This episode has our full review, a game, facts and so much more for you to enjoy!

Low budget zombie horror makes the show today as we begin our journey to Christmas. Dead Snow is an odd one to talk about given the topics that it covers and undoubtedly we will have upset someone with our views and opinions on some of the characters. Welcome to the craziest film we have covered on the show. Making Sharknado look like an Oscar contender Velocipastor is something to behold. Scott adored this film including all of it's whacky decisions, poor effects and mind bending plot. Marc was more reserved bashing away all the wile saying "ah yeah that but was great" (he liked it but didn't want to admit it) We were also privileged to have a cameo appearance in the movie from the Velocipastor Himself Gregory James Cohan which we can't thank him enough for. Super great guy who was so happy to lend his voice and time! With our never ending game having come to an end we also have a new game for Marc to play, production facts and a happy vibe that will infect your day

Our month of chaos continues this week as we dive into Zombeavers from 2014. A film that only a few years back Marc refused to review has finally found it's way onto the show and despite his bold claims of not being here Marc is in the building! This film is wild, it's weird and it gets very little credit in the horror and general film community. Today we will be telling you why we BOTH think it is an underrated gem and needs to be appreciated. Today we dive into our final Sharknado adventure... It has been a five year roller-coaster of ups and downs with one of the weirdest and lets be honest worst horror franchises around. That being said somewhere along the way we fell in love with these stupid movies and today a little bit of sadness creeps in as we say goodbye. In a fitting turn of events this is undoubtedly the worst produced episode we have ever released. Audio issues, connection issues, being coherent issues. We are actually delivering the Sharknado version of the show. Despite all of this the episode is full of fun, facts, listener input and more so come join us to say goodbye to a franchise that has kept us laughing for a long time.

But today finally after years of requests we dive into the love child of Johnny 5 and the Robot from Lost in Space as we tackle Chopping Mall. This film has it all, when I say all... All the terrible tropey stuff that we should hate but don't! It is the king of 80's B-movies. Terrible dialogue, subpar acting, shocking effects, gratuitous nudity and violence, it has it all. No spoilers but there is a lot of laughter as we look at the highlights of this incredible example of terrible filmmaking a it's finest

Hillbilly heaven! Today's episode is an absolute blast of silly goofy behaviour that fully mimics the film that we are reviewing. Wrong Turn is the most basic of premise. Teens go wandering off the beaten path, Teens get attacked by Hillbillies, some die in horrific ways and a few outsmart the attackers (I will add the main cast are one brain cell above the Hilbillies in this movie) Don't let this basic premise fool you into thinking this is a bad movie though because both me and Marc had a riot with this film. We also have a tone of production facts and features and games. This episode is a real fun one!

Time to dive into the neon drenched mind of Rob Zombie this week as Marc gushes about a film that holds a very special place for him. For me what I thought was a long overdue rewatch turned out to be a first watch (I know revoke that horror card immediately). Turned out I didn't like it, in fact I went as far to say that I hated this... This episode is tough as I wanted to keep respectful as not to upset Marc, that didn't happen! hilarious episode full of laughter and a rather irate Marc but definitely not one to miss.

That's not my Clarice... Well it may not be Marc's but I personally prefer Julianne Moore. I also seem to like this film more than Marc but not by a lot... In an episode I thought we would be super divided instead we seemed to be on the same page. We appreciated many elements of the film with others falling flat or simply being done better in the novel or the Hannibal TV series. This is a strange episode to promote, as it was excellent but not explosive as I expected which left us with a respectful and balanced review with zero arguments... What do we know you may like the new zen hosting team.

Today is a dive in to Zach Cregger's Weapons a film that seems to have divided audiences and me and Marc. While many think it is a masterclass in modern horror others call it a mismatch of ideas that do not link together correctly. Whatever it is, it has made for excellent conversation as we dive into what we liked and what we didn't. In the late 2000's torture horror movies had become the fad. SAW and Hostel led the way and everyone else tried to imitate and ride their success. The Collector is one of these films but for some reason has stood the test of time and is still loved and held in super high regard. The plot follows a thief called Arkin as he attempts to rob his employers. Unfortunately for him he chose the night the serial killer in a gimp mask decided to kill the family too... What follows is a cat and mouse game full of traps that would make Kevin McCallister jealous! In this episode we share out thoughts on The Collector, discuss some production facts and dissect what we think didn't make a whole lot of sense.
