A pivotal lesson I encountered along my path was grasping the meaning of integrity. Previously, it was just a word, an abstract concept that I couldn't fully connect with. However, through introspection and experiences with psychedelic medicine, I began to appreciate its depth and personal significance. Integrity is no longer just a guideline but a core principle that I hold dearly.

In the past, I often found myself getting swallowed by other people's worlds, overwhelmed by their emotions and expectations. This realization prompted me to redefine the boundaries I set in relationships. Integrity, for me, now involves recognizing how I show up in the world and gauging how others align with my values.
