With a wildly successful Summer Youth Theatre Program coming to an end, Theatre 29 is getting ready for their upcoming 2026-27 season, the 28th since the non-profit community theatre was founded in 1999.




Theatre 29 is welcoming its loyal regular patrons and new audiences back for an exhilarating season of jaw-dropping, award-winning, live performances bursting with energy and excitement! So, get out  your calendars, save the dates, and prepare to snag your tickets for the 26-27 season that promises to entertain, engage, and leave you on the edge of your seat!

Experience the critically acclaimed global sensation, “Come from Away” featuring a culturally relevant script and a deeply moving score by Irene Sankoff and David Hein. This remarkable musical is based on the true story of the small town of Gander, Newfoundland, which welcomed thousands of stranded travelers when 38 planes were diverted there on September 11, 2001.




In addition to the main stage productions, Theater 29 will be offering a delightful selection of cabarets, Improv. Comedies, original plays, and specialty entertainment in the coming season. Season auditions are set for August 29, 2026.
