Trail Bites. Kristian Morgan sets new FKT for South West Coast Path (UK)

2020 has been without any doubt the year of the FKT. Kristian Morgan, UK coach and elite ultrarunner, finished the South West Coast Path in a new Fastest Known Time of 10 days, 12 hours, 6 minutes. The previous record was held by Damien Hall, who recently set a new FKT on the Pennine Way.
