Warning on mandatory sentences for Nazi symbols

Australians who display Nazi symbols will face at least one year in prison after Labor and the Coalition joined forces to pass new anti-hate laws through the parliament.
But crossbenchers and some legal experts have warned the mandatory sentencing will have unintended consequences.
