Women Making Waves Podcast: Erasmus Days

In order to identify the skills needed for double disadvantaged women to pursue leadership positions and increase their leadership skills, the partnership has developed the 'Women Making Waves Competence Framework'.

To collect and present the conclusions obtained in each of the countries participating in the project (Iceland, Spain, Greece and the United Kingdom), the partnership has prepared a podcast which will be presented on the project's Facebook page on Friday 16 October 2020.
