So we're talking about January 2022 being the year that you take your business to the next level. And so we want to help you. We want to help you do just that, get your business to the next level. Today I want to talk about something that a lot of business owners don't think about correctly or don't utilize correctly, and that's having advisors, trusted advisors. Honestly, if you're at the couple hundred thousand dollars mark three, four, 500,000, and you're trying to get to the next level, or you're a couple million trying to get to the next level, like an advisory board, a board of individuals, a couple, a group of a couple of individuals that you can go to bounce ideas off of, ask them for their opinions, get them to provide feedback. Man, that's valuable, very valuable. So having an advisory board can help you overcome problems, can help you formulate plans, can help you with strategy. You know, if you focus on putting people on this group of advisors that are business owners, people that have had success, people that have shown success, then you can utilize these connections to help you get your business to the next level. But we get ourselves in the way. Well, I don't want to, give up control. I don't want to have someone meddling in my affairs, okay, but you don't know what you're doing. This is the first business you've ever owned, or maybe it's the first home service business you've ever owned, and you're learning as you go. What's wrong with bringing in people that have the knowledge, wisdom, and intelligence to grow a business? There's nothing wrong with it. In fact, if you do it correctly, it can add large dollars to your bottom line can help you not make mistakes that you could make that's gonna cost you a lot of money, and it's gonna help you become profitable quicker. Those are all win-wins, but yet we get focused on, what we're giving up, or what we would give to someone to be able to do that for us, instead of what it can bring to our business. I know people that do this and they give up small equity. I know people that do this and they pay by the hour. There's all kinds of ways to set this up. But if you have people that you trust, you have people that, you know, you have people that are of the same mindset and they have the knowledge and they have wisdom, and they have the expertise, put 'em together, ask 'em questions, get information that allows you to grow your business, and DMN8 the day.
