Also known as the “Gratitude Guru,” Chris Schembra helps companies improve productivity and employee happiness by incorporating a culture of gratitude into their business strategies.
Chris is the founder of 7:47, the consulting firm behind the Gratitude Experience™. In these sessions, colleagues bond over stories about people they’re grateful for, especially those to whom they haven’t given enough credit.
It was on a trip to Italy that Chris realized that his life and work lacked genuine human connection. He decided to use the power of food — specifically pasta sauce — to bring people together.
After inviting friends over to sample his new signature sauce recipe, Chris realized that the dinner table is a great place to cultivate connections. 
Extrapolating this to the world of business, he saw that companies could become more purposeful and productive by creating spaces for their employees to express themselves and be vulnerable.
