Now that it's been sold to a developer for $4 million, what will become of historic Huntridge Theater in downtown Las Vegas?J. Dapper bought the property from current owner, Eli Mizrachi of King George LLC. Mizrachi bought the property for $925,000 from the state of Nevada in 2002.Mizrachi is in court because the state alleges the sale was contingent on him meeting certain standards with the historic property.With the sale to Dapper, those standards stay in place until 2028.Dapper talked to State of Nevada about his plans for the property.
